[Resolved] Flipkart — amount debited from bank but order is not placed please refund the amount immediately | |||
I was ordering a seagate hard disk and asus zenfone max pro m1 case abd tempered glass on Flipkart. I filled out everything. Then I chose to pay using net banking and the bank was state Bank of India. The amount Rs.6198/- has been deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I have the cyber receipt as well. I send an email to Flipkart and got no response. I called at the toll free number and the IVR gave an assurance that I will get a call back. Still no response. What should I do? Ref.
