I was ordering a moto pulse max headphone on Flipkart. I filled out everything. Then I chose to pay using net banking and the bank was United Bank of India. The amount has been deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I have the cyber receipt as well. I send an email to Flipkart and got no response. I called at the toll free number and the IVR gave an assurance that I will get a call back. Still no response. What should I do?
Till now I was using Snapdeal for shopping and was very satisfied. I don't know why I chose Flipkart this time. I am cursing myself..

Same thing happened with me yesterday... Amount has deducted from account and it's also showing on passbook statement.. But flipkart is saying we don't receive any money and order is still in my cart.. It's not even placed yet... Where is my money.??.. I want it back
I order a realme5 mobile in Flipkart several times but seller not taking confirmation 2 times money deducted and refund successfully but third time when I was place the order the seller reject to placing order cancelled atomaticlly money not refunded till now
on[protected] i have order 2 books from flipkart. I have done payment through SBI online banking . The money is already deducted from my account but now flipkart is saying payment not yet confirmed from bank..
So please tell me what to do next..

Same thing happened with me in flipkart on 28th of August 2020. I ordered a realme 6 smartphone at the price Rs. 15999/- . Money deducted from my account but order wasn't placed and I didn't get order id. I talked with customer care and they told they didn't recieve any money. I am totally shocked and sent the screen shot of my account statement where clearly seen the money paid to flipkart, mumbai. Then they told me to relax. Money will be reversed to my account but till today, no any money is reversed or credited to my bank account. Please suggest what should I do?

I have faced the same issue on 02 sep 2020. I wanna know if u have received the refund and if u did, then how did it happen? I'm yet to receive the refund. I have been calling both bank and flipkart care from past 5 days yet there is no resolution

bro same thing happened with me. today 17, 500 money deducted for moto fusion plus. and in order it says "payment not yet confirmed from the bank" what to do? u got ur refund? on calling IVR says ur refund will be in ur bank if money got deducted.

Money got deducted and they are telling no order with thos order id?? I have the screen shot of all transaction.. Then why do u peopl say there is no such order id??
