[Resolved]  Flipkart — Amount debited from bank but order was not placed

Amount deducted from bank for flipkart order ID[protected] but order not showing up on flipkart.

Flipkart did not refund amount to bank.

I was ordering a moto pulse max headphone on Flipkart. I filled out everything. Then I chose to pay using net banking and the bank was United Bank of India. The amount has been deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I have the cyber receipt as well. I send an email to Flipkart and got no response. I called at the toll free number and the IVR gave an assurance that I will get a call back. Still no response. What should I do?
Till now I was using Snapdeal for shopping and was very satisfied. I don't know why I chose Flipkart this time. I am cursing myself..

Same thing happened with me in flipkart on 28th of August 2020. I ordered a realme 6 smartphone at the price Rs. 15999/- . Money deducted from my account but order wasn't placed and I didn't get order id. I talked with customer care and they told they didn't recieve any money. I am totally shocked and sent the screen shot of my account statement where clearly seen the money paid to flipkart, mumbai. Then they told me to relax. Money will be reversed to my account but till today, no any money is reversed or credited to my bank account. Please suggest what should I do?

Today I placed an order of Motorola One Fusion+ of Rs 17, 499/. Amount get deducted from my bank to flipkart but order has not been placed yet, in order section it says, "payment not yet confirmed from the bank"
