    I ordered it on flipkart.com on 22nd april. Received my order on 25th april. But it stopped working on 2 may. So i wanted its refund i don't want replacement because maybe the the product named (Lenoovo tab 3 7 essential wifi only) is defective. But they are not giving refund. They can give just replacement. I hope you help me as quickly as possible

      An split ac sansui make 1.5 ton had been purchased on 2nd may.

      The flipkart told that the installation would be carried out within 2 to 5 business days. (With in maximum[protected].

      As i did not hear from flipkart or their installation team till 6th may and the 'my order ' section shown that the installation is in approval stage itself, i contacted flipkart [protected].

      I was told sorry, excuse for their communication error. Immediately after i received a sms that installation would be possibly done on 10th may. (The sudden change in installation stge from approval to progress appeared in 'my order 'status with expected date 8th may for installation.

      As the product has to be returned in case of poor performance or any other issues, if any, withih 10 days time which closes on 11 th may itself, sensing no time for me to reurn the product if needed, i requested return the product on 6th may vide ticket no.[protected].

      I had been on leave from my office expecting installation for 5 days and today is 8th may and still now none from flipkart nor their installation team has called me regarding installation. My return request ispending with flipkart without any further process.

      So i called again flipkart and asked for refund, taking away the horrible purchase.

      Still, the flipkart installation will come. And i told them that i dont want the product because of poor service which caused me 5 days leave, mental agony and non availability of returning time in case of poor product or any issue, if any.

      Dont go for online purchase of home appliances, especially flipkart who are always poor in after sale service.

        Worst experience ever expected from flipkart.
        I have ordered for sg teampak wheel bag on april 18th, 2017, it was supposed to be delivered by nov 25th, 2017.
        Firstly it got delivered product was missing.
        When contacted customer care they said process to replacment & new delivery date is 2nd may 2017. Im waiting product.2nd may product was not delivered i got the flipkart execuitve no i'll try to number but hes not responding properly then i have cancel the product 4th of may 2017.
        I selected refund option, then i got the mail seller not process refund as per 10 days policy but im not cross the policy it was seller & logistic problem, then i have contact the customer care said that give my product or refund they said sir we not process refund also not given refund.
        Means what im loss the my product or refund also.

        As per flipkart policy clearly mention (Your request for refund is in progress. Please watch this section for further updates. Refund will be transferred to your original payment mode within 9 business days (Bank holidays not included) after pick up is completed.) but still not process.

        Is this the way flipkart is working nowadays, i feel cheated by flipkart.

        I want refund or product.

          Problem faced : purchased product on 26th apr got delivery on next day i. E. 27th apr, came back from office on 27th evening with full excitement copied multiple hd (1080p) movies in usb and try to play, 1st thing i noticed that as mentioned tv is not giving full hd quality display, i ignored this display issue but 2nd thing i got to know that some movies i am able to play fine but for some movies files only video is coming no audio, some. Mp4 and. Avi movies i am not able to play :- (

          Solution i requested: as i was not satisfied with product so i request below mention 3 things:
          1st : first thing i was requesting to return this product and refund my hard earned money back, as such kind of issue online customer can check only after delivery (And without any delay within 2 days i raised refund request)
          2nd : when i came to know from customer care that there is only replace policy even if the customer is not satisfied with product he has to retain it, so i requested that the model 40a6300fhd i purchased can be replaced by latest model 40z9540fhd which is available in same price range 12, 999 by same seller omnitechretail.

          3rd: but after that customer care told me that replacement policy is not applicable with other models, even if there is any limitation of product replacement will be done with same model only after technician visit. So with full disappointment i requested flipkart to arrange technician visit.

          Finally flipkart assured that they have arranged the technician visit for the above product and it will be done by april 30, 2017.
          But no technician visit happens by 30th apr,
          Again approached customer care, got email that
          "the technician visit will be completed by friday, may 05, 2017. Your ticket number for the technician visit with micromax is hr[protected]"
          Now its 10 days over issue is not resolved after spending good amount of my money i am wasting my time in doing followups now today again contacted customer care and got assurance mail that "will resolve your problem by 11 may, 7:00 pm."

          Understand what kind of customer experience flipkart wants to give to

          And want to return it back and want my money back.

          On 26th apr i ordered micromax 40 inch tv (40a6300fhd) for amount 29, 999 rs, next day 27th apr received item from seller omnitechretail.
          I copied multiple video files in usb and try to play, found that some. Mkv files are playing perfect but for some 1080p. Mkv files no audio is coming it shows "not supported audio".
          Also some. Mp4 is not playing. (As you can understand this type of thing only can be checked once customer gets the product)
          As per my understanding it seems that its not defect of item, its some kind of limitation of this model.
          Next day when explored more i found that same seller (I. E. Omnitechretail) is also providing latest model of micromax 40 inch tv (40z9540fhd) with more video format support within same discounted price 22, 999.

          As you know that good amount of money is invested in this item, so at least as a customer there must be some provision that i can return this product and in place of this model either money can be returned or above mentioned latest model can be deliver to me.

          No idea why you guys are doing this to me, it make me feel that it was my biggest mistake to purchase higher price range electronic item from Flipkart, as each scheduled time (Technical Visit/Product Uninstall/Product exchange Delivery) i informed my family members not to somewhere as might be someone can visit for Product(TV) but each time i feel embarrassed as No one from Flipkart or Micromax visit our home.

            From the day one I brought, this phone is overheating and front camera is not working. MI service center refuse to except and repair. they said this phone is fake and when I register complain with Flipkart and try calling customer care but no proper respond feom them.

                Received the redmi note 4 mobile from flipkart. But the adeptor inside the sealed packed box had scratches on it and seems like the old one. I want this phone to gift my father on some special occasion. So now its question of two things:-
                1. Question about the creditability of flip cart about their deliverables?
                2. Emotional bond between father and son was without the gift on special occasion.
                When i asked about the same from sachin and buvnesh customer care people from flipkart they said.. "i am sorry", i want to say sorry to them as i have chosen the flipkart site.

                When i asked i am going the miss the special occasion because of bad delivery from you guys they do not have any clue and nothing to cover.

                Now i have big question.. When you guys can't value the relations, why you made the addvertisement showing the best of relations like father's day, mother's day, rakhi, dewali and etc. Indian people, wants flipkart to grow but it seems this indian company forget moral values in professional world.

                I odered the headphones through debit card ... The amount of 539 has been deducted from my account but i havent received the headphones yet neither i received. Any msg from flipkart

                  Booked Lenova K6 Power mobile online in Flipkart on 29-April-2017, received mobile on 4- May-2017(5 Days after the date of booking); I have checked the mobile it was damaged product there was a thin line appearing on the screen continuously, informed flip cart for return on the same day, the technician visited immediately on the same day and confirmed that it is a manufacturing defect, and return order was cut. Till 7-May-2017 I haven't received the replacement and the promise delivery date is showing as 9-May-2017. Can Flipkart management explain me for no reason I have to wait for 9 Days + (Not received yet) to receive the ordered product and the mental agony that a customer is passed through. Stop this, it's third time it happened to me through your company.. Is there any policy to compensate for deficiency of service or the customer is deemed to suffer since he has book through flipkart please explain. This info. i am providing online just to make sure that nobody else should pay the price for using flipkart services.

                    My concerned is that you had dishonoured M/s American Tourister, sending local PATTRI bag, put the logo of M/s American Tourister and cheating/ford us.
                    & if you think this is original bag so request you please issue a letter from M/s American Tourister staying that this particular item is part of the company..

                    Or otherwise its purely fake bag from LOCAL PATTRI MARKET hardly coast around Rs 300……

                      Order id od[protected], which was expected to be delivered on 5 may still not delivered, every time customer care gives the assurance that product will be delivered but, still not received the delivery. Courier eecutive details which was received on registered mobile no was also wrong, courier boy was on holiday as he was suffering from fever, not expected this from such a big company like flipkart

                        I placed order for a Lenova Mobile Phab 2 and along with I ordered for S Gripline tempered glass guard for the same phone on 3rd May 2017 (Order No. OD[protected]. The tempered glass supplied to me on 6th May was not fit for Lenova Phab 2 and it was smaller than that phone and there was no proper holes for camera etc in the tempered glasssupplied. I was cheated in this regard by saying that this was not returnable. Please attend to it immediately and send me a correct tempered glass for Lenova phab 2 mobile phone. My mobile no.                           I order a hard disk (Seagate plus slim 2 tb wired external hard disk) from flipkart before before 29 may they make a delivery after 2 day but the after i check it i found that the hard disk is corrupted and i order for replace than they sent that it will replace at 4 th may but today is 6th may and still no one comes to pick product and still i am waiting and the result is not satisfacting i call customer care but it do not anything except if give fake explanation and fake promise of it will replace later and and always say to wait for 2 to 4 day we pass your complain but after all that big talk big mess still the result is none

                              I ordered blue star split a.c on 22nd April 2017 which was delivered to me on on 23rd April 2017. As per their website installation was suppose to happen within 2-5 days nobody called me I was calling them every day for the follow up but they kept on saying that it will be installed on 5th day i called them n they said due to system issue we will try to install it on priority but nothing happened. So I decided to return the product n get refund first their rep refused to initiate refund request when I spoke to supervisor he initiated the refund n pick up request for the product but now pick up is not catered they are giving me a run around n I have to call them every they are least bothered about their consumers it's been 13 days product is kept packed in my home . Poor experience n service I want my refund asap else I will sue flipkart for mental harassment .

                                  I have purchased Moto G5 plus phone on 23rd of April 2017 by exchanging old phone.

                                  The new phone was not packed properly, it contained scratches over the screen guard and it was visible that the same has been roughly used.
                                  I used the phone for 8 days and it showed the issues of Battery Draining too fast and Heating issue while charging and at the time of talking on phone.

                                  The replacement request was made by me on 1st May 2017 for the said product.
                                  I have been told since that date that they have arranged the technical person visit to look into the matter of phone.
                                  Maximum time was given 5th May but no technician visited. Now Flipkart authorities says that without technical visit they won't replace the product.
                                  Do I need to suffer if their technical person doesn't comes for 4 days and delays the visits frequently. Now Flipkart has extended the time for technical visit and kept it 10th May.
                                  I am just concerned that if they don't care about their customer then they should return the money if they can't serve or either they should replace the product as early as possible.

                                  Request you to kindly help on this matter as early as possible since phone some times gets so heat that can't put the same near ear to talk.

                                  I want that no other person shall suffer the same thing and shall not end up paying for defective product.,

                                    I bought a Moto E3 Phone from this site in January. from that day till today I m facing a lot of problems because of this handset. I had submitted the return request for the same and their workers have kept that request on hold for months. And then a few months later they told us that the return policy of this website has been stopped and we can't do anything.

                                      Till today they have not refunded me my money back and they have again given me a new date of 23rd may 2017, 12 days later from now.
                                      The product was picked from my place on 17th April 2017 and I did not get the refund till today and they have given me a new date. Its almost going to be a month. I have called the flipkart help Centre around 20 times but every time they asked me to wait and gave me a new date for the refund but till today the amount has not been refunded and a new date is provided. I have been harassed a lot by these people each and every time. They have given me a lot of mental stress. Every time I called I was asked to wait and was given a new date.
                                      Now I demand compensation and penalty from flipkart along with refund of my money as I have been harassed by this people a lot and still I did not get my refund and have always been given a new date
                                      In any case I want compensation and penalty from these people as they would learn a lesson this way and also how customers feel helpless.

                                      The refund was processed to customer account and the TAT was given is 8 business days but customer was not happy hence he told will take legal action as we informed we cant process compensation.
