Flipkart — Amount debited from my account but merchant didn't received that amount.

Hello Sir/Mam,

I'm Aishwarya Lonkar. I have done one payment of Rs 800 on 3rd March 2021 from Google pay application to Flipkart.but because of banking server problem at that time payment not completed.After sometime app was showing that payment is successful & my account also debited but Flipkart merchant didn't received that payment.They are saying they have received only one payment which I have done through Phone pe application.please help ne & resolve my issue.Im giving here my account details with screenshot of payment & mail from Flipkart company.

We are sorry to hear that you’re having issues while using Pay Later services.

We have spoken to the financing partner about this and they have confirmed that the amount of Rs.800/- was received only once on 3rd March 2021.

Hello sir, but my account was debited twice for payment & both payment status is showing successful.please return me my money.i have did lots of complaints to my banks customer care & Flipkart customer care.they are not responding well.they are ignoring this.i have already provided proofs.Again I'm giving proofs that my account debited for twice.you can check date & timings in proofs given below
