Flipkart — Amount Debited. Seller Cancelled

I placed an online order on Flipkart for “Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro” with online payment option using discount codes and my Flipkart super coins available. At the time of purchase, Flipkart listed it as next day delivery, which is why I bought it, as I needed an earphone urgently. The product was listed at 7999. I bought it at around 6500. My amount got debited and the order id was generated. Delivery showed within 2 days.

After 2 days, when the product was not delivered. I contacted the customer care, who assured I’ll receive it within 3 days. After multiple followup at call centre, I was just being given a later date. But no resolution was being provided.

Finally, after 7 days Flipkart said the seller had to cancel the order as it is not available. While the same product was available at the page.

Flipkart doesn’t have right to cancel the order after accepting payment as per norma.

Request you to please look into this at the earliest and get my order delivered.
