I ordered DSLR canon 1500D, instead of camera i received detergent saop.

I have purchased De Faboulus shampoo of 5 quantity (Order ID - OD[protected] total amount is - 3295rs.
The product I received yesterday it is totally duplicate.
I have called to customer care so many times from yesterday to return the product, either they gave any illogical excuses or they disconnected the call.
I have attached pictures of both original and fake one. Left one which I have purchased from local shop(original) and the right one which I have received from flipkart yesterday.
1. Packaging of bottle like bottle cap, bottom of the bottle totally different it is like any local shampoo
2. Shampoo quality, smell is totally different.
I want to return this duplicate product and refund thr money.

We ordered a tv unit from jeeves through flipkart but received a broken product. We requested for replacement and it got approved but it had been 7 days now, flipkart promised to pick it up latest by 7th May but still no one has come to take it. Their customer care say they have escalated the issue but no use. We are unsure what to do with the heavy damaged product taking up our space and our money has been wasted.

I am unable to exchange my phone for which i had purchased buyback guarantee. Everytime i try to exchange my phone for a new one, app shows "ABB is not enabled for this account". I called flipkart helpline on 3rd may 2022 and they told they will resolve this issue till 6th may. But no resolution is provided. Everyday i follow up with them and they are just increasing one day each time. I clearly told them that my buyback is going to expired in next month and i need to do the buyback in this sale offer only.
But they are not providing any solution for this nor they are commiting anything that what should happen if the sale period is over.
Kindly provide me a solution for this.

I need your help. I had ordered 4lehenga from flipkart sites to gift nearest relative. After successfully placing the order, the amount has been deducted from account and it was waiting for the courier pickup since I ordered (last 15days). Now I can see that the all order has been cancelled by the flipkart as product is out of stock just one day before the delivery without any intimation. Just let you know in between the product was available on the site for sell. Several times I have contacted to customer about the orders but their response was very poor. So, I reached out to you for justification could please help me to get proper justification.

Already Paid Rs.5400 on May 6 2022 as per smart Upgrade plan but it's again asking for Payment in flipkart app or website

I purchased iPhone 13 from Flipkart and I received scratched and old phone I paid almost 69500 rupees. I am very much disappointed because after paying this much of amount I received scratched and damaged phone. I really don't know Flipkart verify their sellers or not but it is very disappointing being a old customers a Flipkart even they are not doing replacement I and not refunding my money. Whenever I am raising a request no one is reaching me out and they are just sending email query got resolved even know want to reach me out till now and whenever I am calling customer care they are just saying to wait for certain period and again they close this query. I just have option to post this everywhere online Twitter Facebook Flipkart Instagram so that people can get to know about the Flipkart fraud and don't order any expensive or any kind of products from Flipkart. It's very annoying and disappointing for the customers to follow up with these people dear customer service is pathetic.

I have purchased iPhone 13 from flipkart And they delivered within 24 hours but the phone I received was used scratched with some decent polishing on it When I wipe the phone with cotton cloth whole colour was leaving the edges and the screen was scratched. I contacted Flipkart customer care multiple times but they are just giving timeline to wait and no one contacting me when to know about the concern properly and just emailing me that "Query resolved" Flipkart is just doing fraud and We are Losing or hard on money after trusting on these people. It Costed me almost nearby 70, 000. I am Very disappointed and Getting there to complain on what to do just I have option to post this every year so that people don't trust on Flipkart. and I got it delivered to my home on 27th April 2022 at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

The received product was not matching the image from the product page and even the quality was very bad, ultimately I can say the expectations were not matching.

As per Flipkart promise, return request was made on 29th April, 2022 and pick up was scheduled on 30th April 2022 but till the date (today is 8th May) no one has came to pick up the return order despite my daily calls to Flipkart Customer care and Vendor.

I explained this issue to Flipkart and its vendor but all the time I am hearing the same excuse that we'll pick it up / resolve this issue in 3 days. Earlier the date was 3rd of May, then 6th of May and now it's 10th May, Strange!

My complaint ID is:

It's the height of frustration that no one is coming to pick up of return order despite giving so many calls and requests.

I am requesting Flipkart to return my money and refund my money for the item as there is no fault or delay from my side at all in this return of item instead its all fault and delay from Flipkart and its vendor so i need my refund of money 644 rs immediately.

If i will not get my refund then I will file a legal complaint against Flipkart & it's vendor.

I have bought MI TV from Flipkart on 1st May. They told me that they install it by 2nd may. Today it's 7th..still now it's not installed. It's simply a mental harrasment for us a very pathetic experience. They are not accepting the return policy nor they are installing it. Just tell me what we will do

I have recieved my order from Flipkart recently and it's a bad product i raised a return and refund request but now Flipkart forcing me to take replacement and they not refunding

For this order OD[protected], my amount was debited on the 20th of April but order was not placed and I haven’t got the refund yet. Flipkart customer support is not helping me in this regard after multiple follow ups also.

I have lost my phone number now I haven't my. Older phone number so I want to change my phone number while I have my registered e-mail id.

I ordered boat avaante 2000 soundbar. The installation was delayed by 1 week due to technical issue, the request for installation had not been entered at all, finally it got done after close to 30-40 support calls/escalations.

After that I didn't receive a coupon which is clearly mentioned in the offer list and terms and conditions. The offer clearly states if I'm a first time boat buyer on Flipkart i will receive a coupon to buy boat rockerz 355 for rs 1 on 5th May. No coupon received, again had 40-50 calls with escalations, everyone one agrees it is supposed to happen but no one has the authority to fix the issue. The resolution time now provided is beyond the offer period itself. Seniors who this issue is escalated also just queue another request without any solution.
In the past few months i have experienced the worst customer support response from Flipkart, causing me to waste days of my time following up and escalating with no avail, call drops, explaining the issue over and over again in each call, wrong responses, technical problems, etc.
This is a severe breach of consumer trust and there has to be action against Flipkart for doing this.

Flipkart is asking for aadhar card for id verification for return of my return of order id OD[protected] and return id[protected] and is asking for consent to share my adharcard with 3rd party . why should i give my adharcard for 3rd patry verification I can show it to delivery personel why to flipkart and 3rd party.

Received same type defective headset twice . and now you are not taking return

Hello,

This is painful to report that my product was supposed to be picked up 3rd may and is still not picked up and no one contacted me! Everytime i call the customer care they put me on hold and never return and raised the complaint in mail also but not responding, this has gotten out of hands and i need the refund to be processed right away as i dont really care when you get the pick up scheduled, i need the refund to be initiated right away. I am begging flipkart to refund my money asap!
If anyone reads these emails at all, consider this an urgent escalation of the issue!
