[Resolved] Flipkart — amount deducted from credit card but order not placed

Hi, On 3rd aug, i made a payment of rs.13, 798/- using hdfc credit card on flipkart for purchasing redmi note 7 pro. However the amount got debited from hdfc credit card but flipkart order not placed. I have not received the amount back to the credit card also. Request flipkart to check and resolve this. Sep 13, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Dear Sirs, I had made purchase of Redmi Note 7 Pro (Nebula Red, 64 GB) and Buyback Guarantee with order ID OD116164943897555000 on 3rd August 2019 for the total amount of Rs.14098/- (Rs.13798 using credit card and Rs.250 using flipkart voucher). But the order was not placed and amount got deducted. After many follow ups, I only got amount of Rs.13798 for the credit card and did not receive the balance amount of the flipkart voucher. Inspite of daily conversations with flipkart customer care reps, there is no action till date. I have stopped completely using Flipkart and feel ur competitor Amazon is way better in these issues.
