Flipkart — Amount not refunded its above 180 days

I booked a flight ticket from flipkart travel. Booking id FF[protected] and the flight was on[protected] during pandemic.

I called flipkart customer care to canceled the flight and I was eligible for the full refund. It was air india flight.

I talked around 30 times with flipkart travel executives after the date of cancellation till now but no response from flipkart.

On the other hand I talked to air india they said me that the amount was already refunded to flipkart in the month of September. But I didn't get my refund from flipkart till now.
