Dear Sir,

I have purchased samsung s8 in EMIs. Without cancelling the EMIs flipkart refunded the amount. Because of that i can see both the refunded amount and EMI in my creditcard statement. HDFC Bank customer care guys telling that, Merchant has to cancel the EMIs. I called Flipkart customer care executives many times, they don't have proper answer. Kindly do the needful. Credit card billing date is November 2nd. Kindly resolve issue.

Updated by MallikarjunaReddyPrajnya Flipkart executive called me and told me that it is the problem with the bank. But bank people are saying that, it is merchant EMI and merchant has to send a request to close. Flipkart guy told me to forward the mail from the bank. I did it 3 days back but there is no response from them.Kindly look into it
