[Resolved] Flipkart — an order which has been placed without my knowledge

I received a message today that your order has been placed for a product which costs 9, 999/- and will be delivered by tuesday.
I have not placed any such order as mentioned above. I think it is a cash on delivery product because there has not been any kind of money loss till now. Is it possible to cancel the order before payment? What are the steps i should follow to cancel the order without any money loss. How did it happen without my knowledge? Please explain
