Flipkart — ASICS NIMBUS 22 GEL Shoes

Hi,
My name is Chandan Jha and I had ordered 1 shoes from FLIPKART against order No - OD[protected] on 13th May.
I received the product on 16.05.20201 when opened the product it was not as per specification and seems to be duplicate product.
Later I requested for returned request they rejected the same and later they did blocked by account.
After contacting and emailing to FLIPKART they replied as i will be not able to login again and returned request has been cancelled.

My concern if FLIPKART was supposed to do blocked my account it should be done earlier also. But when I ordered high value shoes and they sent me duplicate product purposely and later they blocked my account.

I want justice as they have done fraud with me and its my hard earned money so please support to me.
