[Resolved]  Flipkart — asus max pro m1 mobile phone - new product - damaged recd

Hi, i purchased an asus zenfone max pro m1, mobile phone from flipkart online on 9th nov 18. Received product on 12th nov, as confirmed.

Damaged product received, as observed a dent on back side of mobile body. Complaint given on same day, later continuously followed up. But no feedback. A technician visit scheduled from flipkart's tech supoprt team - jeeves. Expert visited, report submitted. Later confirmed that i will get the replacement on 20th nov or on 22nd nov. But on 20th message received, replacement rejected. I informed the same to flipkart support, again explained the situation. Now again they are saying on 23 rd, support team will conatct for the same. It is truly a fraud, using iur money. Wasting our time, energy, money. False commitments.

Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a replacement request with the seller. The seller has confirmed the replacement has been initiated on and will be delivered on 22nd Nov 2018. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
