[Resolved]  Flipkart — auto cancel of my order and blame me that I have cancelled

I have ordered a lenovo k10 plus mobile in march 2020. Due to lock down the order was delaying. Recently when i track my order, i found that the order has reached my nearest hub. But suddenly i got a message that refund is processed for my order. I fact i didn't cancel my order. Immediately i contacted the support but not helped. I paid my bill through idfc card and they have charged intrest for the april month. It's all causing by flipkart and i didn't get my order too.
