[Resolved] Flipkart — Automatic order cancellation after receiving full payment | |||||
I ordered a mobile LENOVO K3 NOTE two times. The order had been placed and I had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But within a seconds both the time the order got automatically cancelled with no proper explanation what so ever. After first order cancellation i talked with costumer care and placed second order for the same with their end consultation and promise that the same thing will not happen. This should be purely considered as Breach of Contract ! Flip kart is playing with costumers: time, money and emotions as well. the costumer care has promise to arrange call back, but no way, no answer and no explaination. i am waiting for my refund in my account. god bless them.
