[Resolved] Flipkart — bad customer care service | |||
Sir I am facing many problem with flipkart. I was ordered a Onida 24 inches television but due to manuacturing fault I have returned the television (default conirm by the Onida mechanics). I talk with the flipkart customer care and they told me that the amount credit in my wallet account but not returned.after that I have ordered a redmi note but due scratches in the product returned and not avaliable today and then I ordred Asus engine 5 but I purchased the mobile rs10000 and with in two daYsThe price of the mobile vary. Before two days i was facing problem in my mobile so i call to cc then I ask to cc for price they told me that you can't helpme. Sir plz help me or refund my whole money otherwise I goes to consumer court my registered mobile no.[protected]. Pl reply fast. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jan 20, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried calling customer no response, customer claims that product price is changed and looking for refund. When checked customer didn't claims within within 3 days and already informed customer that we cant help on this and we are unable to do refund also and replacement is already done and update the same on consumer complaints to customer. Hence closing the case.
