[Resolved]  Flipkart — bad product and misguide by customer care

Hi all,
I really don't know why this think is going on with me. We are the buyer who spend our money on the flipkart to buy product and just because we trust on the goodwell and the profile of the company

1:- i have order redmi note 4 and cover and tempered class for the same on my anniversary gift for my wife
2:- i got the product with bad camera quality and wish for returnreplace and follow the step as per flipkart
3:- i got a call from flikart and cc executive name was puja kumari has forcefully cancel the replacement request by saying few tips and even after that problem was there in phone and she just said its a procedure and she is cancelling the replacement
4:- after that i have drop and email about the complain of all these situstion on flipkart website and also facebok page of flipkart
5:-today i got a call from a very good cc care lade naming agilina she said an technician will vist and after that if you want then we can return the phone and oter two item also and"i also mention her that i want return not replace as phone is not good and the seller review n flikart is very bad" and after that she said yes there will be retuwn of all three item
5:-but now i can see the product as a replacement stage and "we're sorry. We are unable to process your replace request. Please refer to flipkart return policy"

I just want my all item to get return and get my money back asap
This is my complaint email and i want to return all the product which i have received from flipkart and in future don’t want to use this web side and i will use amazon
