[Resolved] Flipkart — bajaj cooler not cooling | |||
I brought a bajaj cooler on 29th march order no:od[protected] initially it was not cooling so i raised return request but started cooling in 3-4 days so when pick up guy came i said i dnt want to return it as it started cooling but they forced me to return it so i got a replacement which is till date not cooling. Technian from jeeves visited twice he said speak with flipkart but your customer care is always busy. I have raised a refund request within 10days refund policy that too rejected??? Does flipkart wants me to use defective product? My final call will b consumer forum. Lets hope i get a refund. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support May 08, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the product being defective. We would like to inform that the service engineer has confirmed that the issue has been resolved in customer device. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
