Flipkart — bought book (the magic of creative living - orderid: od[protected]

Hi,

I have bought The Magic of Creative Living - Order ID: OD[protected] and It does not have all the page, Actual book should have 200 pages but got product with 70pages
we asked to take return and give new book, they agreed to do but Flipkart cancelled return.
so, we went to Flipkart application and chosen to option "issue with Order" but there was no option to "call Customer care" to Report also. It was very difficult to reach their customercare, even after taking so much struggle reached to CC but they are saying they can not refund or give new book.
I think they are doing scam to customers by selling wrong damaged products and not allowing reach CC to resolve customer issues.
I have a proof that we have chosen 'issue with retunr' I am attaching it here.
Please do needful and take action on Flipkart, Give direction to FLipkart to show their CC number in the application so that Customers can reachout CC easily and resolve issues.

It is creating Frustration because these issues and impacting our health as well.
