[Resolved]  Flipkart — bought the vu tv under no cost emi option, but charging interest

Dear sir/madam,
I have bought vu 98cm (38.5) full hd smart led tv (Order id: od[protected] on 10-july-2017 as a no cost emi option with citi bank credit card for 9 months emi which cost of 27, 999.00, at the time buy it shown like 3111*9 months=27999, but i am getting the credit card emi bill as 3309*9 months=29781 (Which standard emi with 15% interest rate), i communicated the citi bank for the same, citi bank representative told me like "since the emi conversion happened from flipkart, we can't help you, please reach flipkart for the same", so reached flipkart customer care for the same and initially filpkart representative told like it was converted by citi bank, but when i conveyed the same message what citi bank representative told me, flipkart representative accepted that the emi conversion made from flipkart side but they were failed to answer why they are charging 15% of interest rate instead of no cost emi, for the same i asked please connect with your supervisor/manager/teamlead for further resolution, they replied that no supervisor/manager/teamlead available. I need a quick resolution from flipkart for the same.
