[Resolved] Flipkart — call back for replacement | |||||
I raised a return for my product i.e. Panasonic P95 and after speaking with a dumb executive who couldnt understand what i was saying for like 10 times i was told they will book an appointment with the technician who would come and check the device and if he ia unable to resolve my query he further process ny request for request. However, i have received 5 text stating that the technician was unable to reach me. God knows why because i have been keeping my phone near me all the time and havent received any calls. Then i called the Flipkart CUSTOMER CARE department and asked for a callback to which i wax told will receive a callback and ofcourse again i didnt receive any call. I didnt know that flipkart would be such a ### site to order Taking my money and giving defective good and then not reaching out to me to resolve my query If today i dont receive a response from you all i will not mind taking a legal action against your stupid company.
