I purchased Audio Array (Cambium Retail Pvt ltd) speakers AM-S1 Studio Monitor speakers from their shopping site. They come with 3 years warranty.
Within a short time they started to crackle.

I tested everything at my end. I shared video evidence with the company and sent them speakers back for their inspection.

It's a long time gone by nearly 2 months and they are not responding.
They do not respond to emails, phone calls, if I call customer care they say they will get back to me.
This is going on for a long time.
Do not buy Audio Array products.
You will get cheated by the company.
