Flipkart delivered a damaged product but is not accepting return request....

I placed a grocery order on Flipkart with Order ID OD[protected] on October 27th. However, one of the items worth ₹473 was not delivered. The delivery agent claimed the packet was damaged and assured me the item would be delivered by the evening of the same day. I trusted Flipkart and waited for a couple of days, but when I still hadn’t received the item or a refund, I contacted customer care. Unfortunately, I encountered poor service, and to date, neither the item has been delivered nor has the amount been refunded. Flipkart has rejected my request three times. Can you explain why this is happening?

Flipkart charges handling fee of 3 rupees on every product and a 7 rupee at next level other platforms does not charge this sum of money is it right to charge such additional money as it is taking gst also then charging additional cost of handling fee is the violation of certain rights...

From 10mth days the issue has been not solved by the flipkart, amount paid but not avail with the product and refund also!...

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent order, Hard Body Set of 3 Luggage 8 Wheels - Nicobar Hard-Sided Dual Tone Polypropylene Luggage Set of 3 Blue and Grey Trolley Bags (55, 65 & 75 cm) - Blue, Grey.
Despite multiple attempts to return this order, I have been unsuccessful. The order was marked as "open box delivery," but the delivery executive handled the entire process without our involvement, leaving us with a misguided and subpar product.
I kindly request you to expedite the refund process for Refund ID:[protected]. The return period has unfortunately expired due to the multiple failed return attempts. I had to resort to contacting customer care to initiate a new return request.

Promise delivery date 27 October 2024 today 28 October still not received my parcel

I have ordered a Water purifier with below details, however, found couple of issues in it:-
1. It’s leaking from Front and Back sides.
2. I ordered 14L tank and received 7-8 L tank model
3. Engineer came to fix the leakage and he broke the Water purified body from the bottom.

The RO was leaking at the time of installation itself, and the installation engineer has replaced the part and fixed the RO on the wall, however, it was in vain. Product started leaking over engineer left the house.

I have raised the return request 4 times in different reasons as recommended by Flipkart customer executed, and all were cancelled by your team by providing irrelevant reasons. This not expected at all from Flipkart.

I am just being harassed instead I tried finding piece for myself by buying new product from Flipkart.
