I placed an order on October 5th, 2025, and it was shipped by Shadowfax (Tracking ID: SF[protected]F).
The item reached Alappuzha delivery hub on October 18th and even went out for delivery on October 19th, but it was marked “Delivery unsuccessful”.

Since then, no further update or delivery has been made. The status only says “Retrying soon” and “Expected by 21st Oct”, but I have already waited over two weeks...

Poor and bad service from flipkart. I received defective product motorola qled. Got delayed delivery. Installation person came 2 days late. At the time of installation, the person told me that, product is faulty and defective and he sent photos to that effect. Thereafter I called flipkart customer care and told that product is defective at the time of installation.

I have contacted PNB Bank, and they have clearly informed me that no refund has been received or processed from Flipkart’s end for this transaction. The bank has advised me to get in touch directly with Flipkart to resolve the issue.

I had ordered a Livguard tubular inverter battery with my credit card, but the order was canceled by Flipkart (reason: the seller was unable to restock the item). Then why is Flipkart promising fee collecting for all orders, and why is it listing not available stock products? That product price is currently 11062; the price was increased by 2423.
