[Resolved]  Flipkart — Campus Flora running shoes was returned but amount not refunded

Hello,
I order 2 shoes from Flipkart on 25th July 2020. One was Addidas and the other was Campus Flora running shoes for women order I'd OD[protected].
I initiate replacement for Addidas shoes with the bigger size and return for Campus Flora shoes. As Addidas was replaced and there was no issue with it. Problem arouse when the came with replacement for Addidas he was not assigned to pick up Campus Flora but he picked up for return. And it wasn't reflecting in their system. The other day another person arrived to pick the shoes which was already returned.
Now the problem is the person picked up Campus shoes which was for return and it's not submitted and wasn't reflecting so my refund is still pending as it's showing pick up pending.
Attaching the screenshot of the product. Complained to Flipkart and they says we are working on it and it's not yet solved.
Please look into it and help.
