    I have bought few items in Flipkart on june 2nd 2021 and placed a return request immediately. It got cancelled without my knowledge and when I contacted customer care they asked me to raise again so I did it and they again cancelled. This happed 2 times and finally the return window closed and now they are not even replying for my mails. I can understand if they cant pick now but atleast they should keep the return window open till They can pick

      Flipkart blocked my account because of false update from Seller

      Hi Team,
      I bought a pair of Red tape shoes 3weeks back and I have tried to return
      them because of the quality and size issues with it. But the
      seller rejected the product without assigning any delivery executive to
      inspect and nobody has come to my place to pick it up. It happened 6 times so far on the same product. And out of those 6 return requests 3 of them got submitted by the flipkart customer support team....

      I have ordered Adrenex exercise bicycle and got it delivered on 3rd July, it was about to be installed by 8th of July but I received and email from flipkart on 6th July stating that installation is completed. But the truth is no one has reached me for installation. I called customer support they misbehaves also I reached Adrenex support which is nothing but flipkart's company, they also misbehaved. They kept providing me a new date everytime I called them. It is been more than 2 weeks now. I haven't got any resolution. Adrenex support said they haven't received any request from flipkart team. The installation request has to be made from Flipkart's end but nothing yet. They keep faking everytime I called and misbehaved too.

        Ekart & flipkart is not selling me lg w41 phone. last time, they did the same with my college books. they have written non deliverable to your address pin code 700063. they are doing this constantly for 1 year.

        i have seen flipkart delivering product to our neighbours yet not delivering product to me. my college exam is near, i have notes downloaded in my mobile, i am reading from thise notes, my mobile is half broken not working so buying a new phone yet flipkart is not delivering to my house. last time, they delivered us broken phone. broken products. we have always given you good feedback to ekart yet that's how you treat us. how can you be so mean, so ungrateful😭😢 buying from flipkart since 2016,

        but their treartment for 1 damn year has only brought sadness😢😭.

          I ordered mi band 4 which is from brand Xiaomi but when my order got delivered i received a wrong band which was of cheap quality and no brand was written on the box.It was a kind of cheap band. I requested for replacement as i got band on 5th july . According to return i can return or replace product within 7 days..i placed replacement request as refund option was not available the seller accepted my replacement request but didn't proceed the delivery of the product neither he packed the product nor he shipped and reason he gave that shipment is delayed due to some reason once 12 july crossed which was the last day of return policy he cancelled my replacement request saying that he didn't have the product in stock. He did fraud with me if he was not having the product in stock why did he offer me replacement for that product and also accepted my replacement request and refund was not available.So please return my money back and please take this cheap product delivered to me i have attached pics of the duplicate product

            Flipkart is so messed up, Ekart Service is so messed up that they are not selling me any items. I wanted to buy a smart phone but they are saying not deliverable to your pin code. AMAZON NEVER DID THIS, YOU ARE PLAYING A GAME WITH MY PATIENCE. YOU HAVE BLOCKED MY COLLEGE BOOK, YOU HAVE BLOCKED ALMOST ******* EVERYTHING DELIVERABLE TO MY PINCODE 700063.😭😢 For 1 ***** Year, They are constantly doing this with me & my family.

            THE EKART BOYS ARE EXTREMELY RUDE ALSO. They won't come upstairs TO DELIVER OUR PRODUCT.

            THEY WENT UPSTAIRS TO DELIVER PRODUCTS TO OUR NEIGHBOURS BUT THEY WON'T DO THIS TO US. THEY ARE EXTREMELY BIASED. WE HAVE ALWAYS GIVEN THEM GOOD FEED BACK YET THEY DOES THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR WITH US.               On July 8th, ordered "Maths Class 6 (Six Standard Textbook Ncert ) BY ABH Rohini (Hardcover, NCERT)" and the expected delivery date was 13th July. This order is been made due to a scheduled online exam for my KID Week Starting 12th July. On 13th July, received the "Science Class 8 textbook". Immediately, tried the return option, however, Flipkart APP shows only Refund. Asked for a callback and spoke to an associate, where he was also not able to help me. They say the seller does not have an option of replacement. My kid was not able to prepare because of the mess that has happened behind the screen. I have spent 1 hour trying to connect to Flipkart and they washed out their hand on this, blaming the seller. What kind of check, Flipkart has with regards to accurate shipping? What kind of responsible thet does Flipkart hold for ordering products through Flipkart? All i wanted is a replacement of correct order ASAP, as this is to do with studies and will have an impact on my Kid's exam result.

              In addition to it, when I tried reaching the Grievance Officer numbers, nothing was working. 1st number was switched off, 3rd number was incoming barred.

                I ordered Lenovo IdeaPad s145 2 time's and every time and every time show me pincode address mismatch.
                And after 2 day automatically cancelled my order. If you are not delivered in this pincode then why are you ordered placed.

                Yes i notified flipkart customer support many time but they every time said please wait promised date but when that date arrives, the order is either delayed or canceled.

                Today my product was about to be delivered and they told the next date and when the next date comes then it will be canceled automatically

                    Order was placed on 10th july 2021. While placing order, delivery was shown as 11th july. So i was waiting whole day but in the night i got an sms stating the delivery will happen on 12th. I was fine by that as delay do tend to happen. On 12th again i got an sms stating the delivery will happen only on 13th. This is where i got so irate and contacted the customer service. Their service is so poor that first i spoke to executive named krish over chat. He was giving me all neutral answers and was not clear as well. Second he transferred the chat i guess, you will not believe, i kept on asking this executive his name, he did not bother to answer at all and was giving all foolish and rubbish answers. You can check in the images i shared. Again all of a sudden the chat was transferred to the another person and he gave me an ultimate answer stating the complaints mail id is no longer available. Swear on god these guys almost took 4 minutes to answer my queries. Same can be seen in the images i shared, especially the second executive. They do not have the courtesy to say i shall transfer or ask us to wait, they either bluntly transfer or do not reply itself.

                    I have been mentally harassed by the executive. No proper resolution provided and made me lose so much time.

                    I want this company to compensate for my ordeal and i'm willing to go as far as i can go to have this resolved or compensated. As i have been treated very badly as a customer even being a regular customer. Also i want those 3 executives to be treated or given proper training to handle the customer.

                    after all these things the order got delivered as per their date, funniest thing is two products of which they sent were different . They did give refund but just see the overall experience . Totally bad and poor .

                      My complaint is that I had ordered my product from flipkart on 4th July but they sent my product wrong and I have repeatedly requested again and again saying that we will change, or money refund, they told me that money will be refunded by 11 july but till now i have not received any refund. I have lost a lot because of this, I want my money back, I am being given dates again and again, neither withdrawing nor giving refund

                          Sir, I had lost my old flipkart account registered mobile number and I want to change to my current number. Everytime I try to change my number it sends otp to my old lost sim card number and I am unable to change it. I have my registered mail id with me but i need to change my number pls help me in this regard.

                            Dear Flipkart,

                            Please train your customer service executives and delivery boys .

                            On Friday my phone was picked up, the delivery boy who had come has taken advantage of my 80 years old grandmother being alone at home, and stolen a Bluetooth headset which he filled her by saying it came with the package .

                            The pickup date was marked as 9th July, but the delivery executive came on 8th July itself when I was not at home .

                            I raised the complaint with Flipkart and requested them to kindly return my earphones, and have been kind enough at every step, even though they are all partners in this theft, today a lady from Flipkart had called me and spoke very rudely and told me that it was my mistake that the theft happened, and she told me to do what ever I want .

                            She told me I was using bad language cause I told her that the delivery boy was a thief, I hope Flipkart has the access to all the call recordings, so they can confirm on the same .

                            She told me to call the delivery boy directly and tell him to give it back.

                            Dear Flipkart I kindly request you if you have any ethics kindly return the headphones.

I received coupon (Get Google Nest Mini (1 Gen) for Rs.1/-) but I cannot redeem the coupon .I raised the issue and taken with almost 10 customer executives but still they are saying issue will be solve in 2 days .                                 My order was cancelled without my permission

                                I had placed my order from Flipkart for 2 Noise Airbud Mini on 30/06/2021 Order number: OD[protected]. I had received both my products on 3/07/2021.
                                Product A: completely fine.
                                Product B: Defective and bluetooth issue.

                                for the product B I had raised a request for replacement to be sent out to me on 04/07/2021 and was told that I will receive a call back on 05/07/2021.
