[Resolved]  Flipkart — cancelled my return request

My order id od[protected] was delivered on 20th of march 2020 and the same day i found the product faulty and requested for a replacement. I have been waiting for more than 10 days and now my replacement request as well as the refund has been cancelled. What am i supposed to do with the faulty product now? I totally understand you all are prioritizing deliveries at this moment and delivering only essential products but that doesn't mean you can cancel the replacement/return requests. I got a faulty product and request for a refund. People won't mind waiting for 10 or 15 days until products are picked up for the refund but at least don't cancel return requests because a faulty/defective product is of no use. Please mark my issue as unresolved and return requested.
