Flipkart — Cancelled order before delivery date asked for refund | |||||
I ordered on 15th feb 2016.My order is OD[protected] and my payment was made through debit card and prepaid mode.In this order list there is motorola 3rd gen phone worth rs-10, 999/-, moto flip cover rs 999/- and one micro sd card worth rs 341/-.Two item of them except moto 3rd gen phone were delivered together on 19th feb, 2016.The estimated delivery date of the phone was 25th feb, 2016.I was waiting and doubting for phone delivery time then I checked through track number which was given into my flipkart account in respect of order id and individual track number.The track number is[protected] with a website link.This link opened fedex site and provided shipment details as I found my estimated date and the date was 19th feb, 2016 at 8:00 pm .Next day means 20th feb when I checked fedex site through track number of phone the estimated date was not available and no updates of track information finally I called fedex customer care and they told me it had been missing and lost.Fedex informed me they had informed flipkart for this incident.Then I called flipakart customer care and asked status they told me it was proper condition my item and it will take a long time, I had to wait.Finally I doubted on that and decided to cancel .I called flipkart customer care and cancelled phone and returned my flip cover.Then they gave confirmation of cancellation and returned through mail.After few days I got refund of only flip cover amount and no response about refund amount of moto 3rd gen phone.In my flipkart a/c they gave status item has been deliverd sucessfully sent a confirmation mail with invoice .They always notify that your problem will resolve soon and they are working on it .Now tell what should I do now.
