Flipkart — Can't able to give account detail as bank branch not mentioned in the options for bank IFSC code

I am Pawan tiwari I have ordered a blanket of amount 2359 on date 24th November 2020 and return it after 29 november I have returned the product regarding personal reasons.flipkart have mentioned that my refund was been made by 8 December but it can't reach to my bank account due to some fault and they have send me a link to give detail of my bank account but I can't able to type my IFSC code there as when I click to type my IFSC code it does no open the space to type ifsc code and when I click on get code it don't showed my branch name there so I couldn't be able to give them detail .my IFSC code is UTIB0003009 . my account no is [protected] and branch is at sarsawan lucknow in axis bank.
Bank account holder name is Pawan tiwari and reference number is The refund of Rs 2359.0 for your order has been completed by the seller and should have been credited to your account by Tue Dec 08, 2020. The reference number for this refund is[protected].
