From Flipkart Customer care Mr Chand Pasha called and informed us to cancel the order and place new order for the same item. When we were not happy with the request and price increase flipkart agreed to pay back the excess amount of Rs. 6000/- Flipkart sent email confirming the same and also agreed to pay the difference of price of Rs. 6000/- on confirmation of receipt of new laptop.
Accordingly we cancel the order and placed new order for the same laptop Order: NO OD[protected] to Flipkart. Dell Vostro Core i5 10th Gen - (8 GB/1 TB HDD/256 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home) Vostro 3491 Thin and Light Laptop amount paid Rs. ₹52, 990/-
But now again the Laptop dispatched next day and reached Hyderabad 1st December 2020, but till date it is not delivered. Missed committed date of delivery 4th Dec 2020. Its repeat again with no commitment from Flipkart.
Now when we try to send Email to Customer Care Flipkart my Email return underlivered with message reading."Message blocked
Your message to [protected]@ncb.flipkart.com has been blocked. See technical details below for more information."
Also Email sent to Mr Chand Pasha returned with message read, " Sorry, the email ID [protected]@flipkart.com is no longer in use.Please visit our Help Centre here to get quick answers to your questions or to contact us.
Now I am in delima what to do after making full payment second time the laptop is not delivered and refund of excess amount if customer care don't respond.
