My Account with Gmail ID " [protected]@gmail.com " is locked. I am not able to login to the account. I have taken Zest Money credit of 20000 for purchasing Canon 1300d on this sale days, My order get cancelled saying limited stocks, Ordered it again after some time I am not able to login and after 2hrs my order got cancelled. My money is blocked in account and I am not able to login. please resolve this faster . My order gets automatically cancelled by seller and account also gets blocked . Jun 20, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 20, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. Also, regarding the E-gift voucher balance, requested customer to contact the third party from whom the customer has purchased the voucher for further assistance. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
