Flipkart — Change Account information

I am not able to change my phone number in flipkart. The system requires OTP being sent both old and new phone numbers. Which defeats the whole purpose, because one wants to change the phone number because they lost the number.

Years back I can see many has raised the issue and the way to resolve was to contact the customer service. Flipkart seems to have shutdown the whole section of customer service. There is no option to contact them.

The phone system functions on OTP and the worst thing is I cannot even delete my account since that also requires an OTP to the phone and not email.

I want either my account to be deleted or a way to change my phone number. I have access to my email but not my old phone number
