Flipkart — Chimney complaint not resolved

I bought Faber pluto 60 chimney from flipkart on 13/04/25 but they delivered a defective chimney they also offered a free of cost installation which flipkart never honored and I end up paying for that too delayed the installation deliberately to evade the return period of 7 days then chimney is making terrible unpleasant noise a big inconvenience while cooking but despite complaint BAN[protected] and regular follow up they are not interested in resolving the issue flipkart customer care is useless and impossible to reach they close complaint without resolving.
