[Resolved] Flipkart.com — Cheating and fooling to promote sale and visibility

I placed an order of asus zenfone 2 mobile on 25 Dec 2015 and on the other day it got cancelled with an explanation that the price feeded was by an error. I feel that company made an attempt to promote that product in such a cheap way for which the company should be caught. I want compensation from the company for fooling me and made me giving time on this for their benefits. Infact I ordered 4 mobiles one by one. And all of them they cancelled even after making confirmation call for all of them. I want all that mobiles in the same rate which is Rs 1 + Rs 40 for shipment charges. Anas Sheikh

Flipkart Customer Care's response poke to customer, informed that due to website error, the product displayed in website/application at Rs. 1. we've cancelled the order and as a TOA initiated Rs.200/- to your wallet account. He has placed an order for 4 order and he wants Rs.200/- for all 4 orders. Informed that is not possible as it was a duplicate order. He is not happy with resolution and going to lodge a complaint in Consumer court and disconnect the call.
