Around 15th Oct 2015, during Big billion sale I ordered Jabra Stealth Blutooth Headset for Rs.1800/-. I made the payment. Delivery date from flipkart was on or before 2nd Nov 15. But I didn't get the product till 12th Nov. On 12th I called help center number and asked them about my order. Person on call raised a complaint regarding my order and promised me that it would be resolved by 6pm on the next day. I was happy to hear that.

But after 2-3 hr I got an email that my order has been cancelled and refund is initiated.

What the hell is this??? I want to ask ??
I want the product and not the money.
Today's price for that product is around Rs.3120/-
Who is going to pay the difference amount ??

I am expecting the PRODUCT from flipkart and NOT MONEY.

    I brought a bicycle from flipkart, with some of the parts missing on delivery. I made several phone calls and sent emails. Even after raising a complaint request for parts and followup for more than 2 months. There are not worried about the client satisfaction at all. Please don't buy this goods from this dealer or flipkart.

    They have a problem sending a missing spare parts and no solution to my problem and they have taken my money. My Order ID OD[protected]

      I am highly disappointed with the services provided by you . Not just once but many times this has happened in the last 15 days and you expect a happy customer. Firstly, I had ordered for a "Janasya Chiffon Saree" which was supposed to have been delivered on 19th October. When I contacted your customer care service I was informed that the product was cancelled without raising any request. Later, on probing for more information I was told that the shipment was lost and was asked to manually update with the delivery center. Finally, the product reached on 29th which is 10 days after the actual date which I had to cancel since I ordered the same from amazon. I still did not raise any complaint but a similar case again happened - I had ordered for a mobile case cover which had to be deliveredby 22nd October. I called the customer care and updated my address some 4-5 times and still the delivery went to the old wrong address. Even after updating the address again and again, I get a reply to cancel the order and rebook it.And now I get a message saying that my order has been cancelled. This is an extremely disappointed service from your side and if this is the case I doubt buying any products from your site and might as well tell my friends relatives about your poor service.

        Case 1 : I have ordered a phone (Samsung Galaxy On5) on 6th of November & actual standard delivery date was 10th of November, Product was taken out for delivery on 11th & 12th of November but it was undelivered without no reason when called customer care they don't have proper update. Case 2 : I have ordered another phone (Moto G3) on 7th of November & actual standard delivery date was 13th of November, Product was taken out for delivery on 9th, 11th & 12th of November but it was undelivered without no reason.They think customers are fool, i expect the product & wait or make someone available at the delivery address on my absence. I raised escalation request on 11th of November around 8:30 PM they said i will get a call back within 24 hours it been 27 hours i didn't receive any call back when called on 12th of November they don't have update & they have standard template of answers it will be delivered tomorrow before 7 PM & concern team will call back in 24 hours.The took my money & playing with it Escalation # IN[protected] Their response caused depresssion in me and flipkart needs to provide a solution to this and compensation for delayed delivery.

Flipkart is just loosing their trust by allowing such sellers who think that they are smarter than the customers. Seller's name is RockingShop. Have initiated the replacement hoping to receive a genuine product this time.

              I have ordered Mobile from Flipkart on 06th Nov15. On 09th Nov i got OUT OF DELIVERY message, but didnt delivered. Got Another message on 10th for OUT OF DELIVERY with the details of courier guy. Again it was not deliverd and on calling courier guy said was problem with car and would be deilverd on 11th. Again on 11th it was undeilvered and this time courier guy said they got suddenly off for Diwali and would deliver on 12th. On request Flipkart executive initiated the reattempt for 12th but on calling courier guy he said he didnt get any message for any delivery on your name.
              This is the pathetic services from Flipkart. Dont know who is lying either courier guy is making me fool or executives are not effectively working. Flipkart is now india's biggest company but operating/working like a bogus startup. Flipkart was having great servies when it was just selling books. By giving these type of services and hiring this type of staff they have started their FALL. And i am assuming AMAZON would be next giant of online retailing with great services. I suggest all of you, think twice while opting FLIPKART for buying.

              This is very pathetic and intolerable service providing by you. You don't have any control on your logistic team. Last night i received another message from you that It would be deliver today, but again it is the same case, product is not delieverd. Three times it is escalated but no hard action taken by you on your logistic team.

                Hi,

                I had ordered a TV from flipkart, order no :OD[protected] As soon as the order is placed on 06th Nov there was an option to select the
                Scheduling delivery date & timings. I had selected the same to 12th
                Nov as it was festival time and I would not be in the location until 11th.

                I have started getting calls again n again on 07th Nov about the delivery
                and installation, I had calmly informed them that I had rescheduled it for 12th Nov as promised by flipkart app. Even, they had agreed to deliver it on 12th Nov as promised during booking.

                Now, again to my surprise on 11th suddenly the order is returned/ cancelled without even consulting me. Flipkart customer service is soo helpless with this matter, they are not surprised and not even bothered to give me any solution.

                Initially, I was told that the order was cancelled by me, upon questioning repeatedly, it was agreed by Customer care that the logistics team had cancelled the order on its own. The logistics team was supposed to deliver the product on 12th Nov and they have cancelled it a day before .. !

                I have raised a complaint ( Complaint ID :[protected], still have not received any resolution) to give me back the product at the same price as the problem is from Flipkart and not my side. Really disappointed by the way how our precious time is being wasted. Worst experience ever...!

                Hoping that Flipkart will give me the offer price again to book the product
                again at least. If not, its high time to convey this message to my buddies
                who do online shopping in Flipkart about the service.

                Also, please NOTE that I have lost few other good offers in other websites because of this booking done in Flipkart, so it really matters when a booking is cancelled during festival times when offers are all over e-commerce websites.

                Calling it THE END for Flipkart shopping, if the issue is not resolved in 24 hrs.

                  I ordered from flipkart website the product "Durian Oxford-Hb-Black Fabric Office Chair" order no:OD[protected], but till date i have not received the product. Flipkart is promising me that the delivery will happen at the earliest. They are not able to locate the shipment and neither confirm if the product has been shipped or not. They are not willing to return back my money. There does not seem to be a proper escalation procedure and I dont know what other options are available to make Flipkart resolve my issue.

                      I ordered the Power Plus MEEE83BL1213 Emergency Lights,
                      Order ID: OD[protected] through Flipkart. But I got
                      wrong & damaged product. I requested for replacement.
                      But for next 2 times also I got wrong & damaged product.
                      Actually they are not having the original product.
                      Now they are not refunding my money. They are torchering me
                      for just Rs 130. Everytime they are asking for some details.
                      I've provided all the details still they are not refunding
                      the money. They are making fool & creating probems for
                      me.
                      Sir, I am a regular customer of Flipkart but this time I am
                      facing so much problem for just Rs 130. It is very shameful.
                      Flipkart is such a big & ethical brand having a huge
                      goodwill but your customer care team does not behave like
                      that.

                      Hope you understand my problem and credit my money to my
                      bank account or to WALLET.

                        Hitachi person says ; why did you buy online they are not trust worthy.

                        Bought a hitachi ac from flipkart :
                        experience they shipped a non matching remote now they tell me it should have been resolved by hitachi itself as this is reported after 1 month of buying...so brand has to support.

                        Question is if you are by some reason not able to get it installed within a month no one is going to listen to you...


                        Story learning.

                        buy only when you need it within 48 hours and do not trust anybody, dealer or online or brand in this case like hitachi...

                          We checked warranty in HP website and it is going to be expired on 16-Jan-2016, it would supposed to have 1 year. It means this particular product was keep on using from 10 months now and they have delivered me as a branded new piece.
                          Because of these Sellers - flipkart getting bad name, i would want to see an action against the seller Dream dealz and enable the consumer to trust flipkart.

I did not receive any calls from the service provider for attempted delivery. My address which was updated is wrong and was never rectified. And this is not the first time that this is happened to me. Once before I was not delivered the item and it was cancelled against my wishes.                                 Flipkart Cheating people buy delivering cheap quality of product while festival season !


                                I have purchased Sansui LED TV from Flipkart.com OD[protected] @25000/- on 04 November 2015, delivered tv has many issues regarding quality and features.


                                This Full HD TV has low quality of resolution like cheap led. i can't connect my home theater with this Tv, some video formats doesn't support with it like MKV and Divx.

                                while watching led tv i can see so many snow and patches over screen that doesn't give Full Hd tv's output.

                                i request for return/exchange but they denied.

                                we trusted on flipkart that they will deliver us to a genuine and best product but now i am very disappointed they have cheated us.


                                if i would have purchased this tv from market it could exchanged with another TV but flipkart does't return or exchange.


                                Now I don't know what to do with this TV.

                                  I have pre-ordered ASUS Zenfone laser cost 10, 000 INR. Unfortunately there are problems with the battery like battery draining, hanging up and switch off intermittently. I have raised a replacement request . But the flipkart has rejected saying reboot the phone. That is not proper resolution. After reboot still the problem exists and i raised the replacement request again. Again flipkart rejected stating that i have t go and check with the asus service center and have to get a confirmation that mobile is having a problem. In the mean while one day, i charged my mobile, a small blast happened and the mobile fell down from chair and nothing has happened to the mobile glass and panel but my battery got dents and bends. I have raised to service center, they said it is a physical damage. But my concern is flipkart has rejected my replacement twice and that blast has happened after that only. If flipkart has taken my replacement issue, then i might have got the new mobile and also there wont be any blast.

                                  Now asus has denied that is is a physical damage. To replace the parts, i have to pay more than the mobile. And mobile falling from a 2 feet height has damaged all the parts which means the product is quality less and flipkart is selling them and making customers fools even we raise the replacement requests.

                                  I claim that flipkart is responsible for my battery blast as they have not given the replacement. Because of that physical damage happened and asus has denied that. Flipkart literally sold me a defective quality less product.

                                  They are not even responding to the customers properly. I have raised issues thrice but i dint get any call. SImply they closed it with a mail saying that is a physical damage. Now i am the one lost the money and not having the money.

                                  I want my refund or replacement.
                                  No Proper reponses from Flipkart csc. They dont even know what the problem is and they are denying the requests. They are providing 30 days replacement. Even we raise the issue also, they are not giving the proper resolution. Service has to be given properly. But that is not being given.
                                  DO i get any response or not. There is no any update on the complaint.

                                    I ordered Mi4i and paid through my credit card as it was a gift for someone.
                                    I wanted to get it delivered to the person so I put her address as delivery address.
                                    The product was never delivered. I contacted customer care via email. They delayed the resolution. They are harassing the person who's name is on the order, in spite of mentioning in the 1st email that the person shall not be bothered. Instead of resolving my issue, they are more interested to prove that I am lying. I have still not got any resolution so I wanted to complaint about this incident. I have been a regular customer with them and have been purchasing from them. I want either refund or the product to be delivered.

                                      I have ordered a Lenovo K3 Note against Order ID No. OD[protected]. Expected date of delivery was 5th Nov.2015 at my Chakala office address. I have been checking with flipkart customer care executives & online status till today i.e.[protected] but only receiving messages & mail informing "WE ARE CONTINUING TO LOOK INTO YOUR ISSUE AND WE REASSURE YOU THAT WE WILL RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM BY XYZ DATE @ __ AM" The above message changes with new date & time They also state that, "You will be receiving a call starting with +9180679" which never comes.

                                      As I have order cash on delivery I was carrying the amount of Rs.10, 000/- in my valet since last 5 days. Today I lost my valet in train leading to loss of 10, 000. Flipkart is responsible for this loss as I was not aware of it's worst service. Would request all never ever purchase anything through filpkart.
