    Hi, We have received shoe rack on 30.10.2015. After that we found that is material is compact particle board instead of wood.Which is poor quality cannot with stand weight of shoe.It cannot be worth of Rs 3000/- (before discount Rs 7000/- .It is cheating customer with poor quality material. After we have given complaint .After so many reminders ( Customer support skipped dates from 07.11.2015, 16.11.2015, 20.11.2015, 23.11.2015, 27.11.2015...). Still no body has come for checking the quality of material.. please note that same shoe rack ordered by my brother through flipkart. It is already broken .Cheating customer by supplying poor quality material. Flipkart Customer care was informing us, this has been supplied by third party .But we believe in Flipkart not in third party. This is worst experience we had with flipkart. kindly we request to flipkart return money or replace quality material immediately. snap shots attached .Kindly flikart is not responding for this complaints.     Spoke to customer and informed that case has been already handled by escalation team (Fast track) and he was very irate the issue is pending since 50 days of time, promised issue will be resolved within 24 hours. He wants the escalation team to handle and do not want to talk to new agents. Hence escalated the case to concern team and closing the case from our end.

VECTOR E COMMERCE has supplied sub-standard, poor quality shoes. On the second day of wearing the shoes, the colour faded away.Flipkart does'nt have a provision to replace my shoes nor can be contacted for such matter.I demand a return or refund of the same. I've purchased 43 inch LG Tv from flipkart which was delivered on 9-Dec-2015, but still waiting for installation and Demo from LG service centre. One installation from LG came and was demanding Rupees 800+ service tax for the installation but I refused as installation charge is part of the purchase and its flipkart responsibility. I called Flipkart customer care several times, no proper answer from anyone including their supervisor. Only lie answers. One of the flipkart customer representative even told me that 'flipkart is not my father company or property, if they lose customer and become bankrupt then I will join another company. I dont have to worry, just pay installation charge' was the advise. He also told me to search for the text 'https://www.google.co.in/…' on google. Please you too check the result sir.         Spoke to customer informed that him to share the snap of the receipt, as he mentioned got a mail from LG for the installation charge. Inform him to share the snap of the mail. Customer agreed. Hence, closing the case until customer revert.

        Hi Lokesha,

        Its sad to hear your ordeal. I too have been betrayed on Flipkart. They are just concerned about themselves - dont care about us, the CUSTOMERS.

        I dont think anything will happen and you will have to pay for installation at the end. I'm truly sorry to say this, but I know because I've suffered.

        Also, I saw you bought from FLIPWORLD seller. I suggest you should check the rating of the seller before placing the order. The seller's rating is less than 60%! Did you check their reviews? If you did, you won't have placed your order with them. Almost all customers all complained about demo and installation.

        Sometimes, cheapest is not the best. And today online - whether Flipkart, Snapdeal or Amazon - cheapest is definitely not the best.

        Hope this experience will make you purchase wisely.

            I have ordered Micromax 42C0050UHD 106 cm (42) LED TV worth rs 35140 with flipkart on Oct 23 rd and i received a damaged product. I have asked for the replacement then technician visit was done he certified as transportation damage and i asked flipkart for replacement they kept me waited for about one and half month still i didn't get any resolution i need the refund to be done as soon as possible ORDER ID OD[protected] Every day i kept on calling flipkart they were postponing my replacement. and even i have to call them for them every day for order issues like requesting technician visit, installation and damage certification though they have to provide them in specified time . they failed in every aspect.they failed in replacing and when i asked for refund they were kept postponing my request I NEED REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Customer wants the issue to be resolved on high priority.

              I ordered a Samsung led tv OD[protected] from flipkart. Series of events 1) Order date : Nov 4th, expected delivery date : 10th nov, Product not received 2) Nov 12 th Called Flipkart - they told they will follow up with the seller Multiple calls post that.. 3) Nov 23 - Flipkart calls and tells seller cancelled the product as it is Out of stock. 4) On Nov 23 11Am Flipkart sends a mail saying order cancelled based on my request Post Nov 23, I have been following up with Flipkart, Flipkart told they were waiting for seller response, later they told they are waiting for courier return as the product is shipped :( They took 20 days time and didn't resolve the issue. After doing a lot of search on online, found seller details, called the seller and seller informed me that Flipkart cancelled the order without paying anything and they didn't deliver the product. The b*** of flipkart hold my money for 30 days without deliverying the product and refund. After threatening a legal action, they first committed they will do the price match which they didn't do. And after 40 days these B*** returned money and no apology from these b**** at all.. Can someone tell if there is a right way to penalize flipkart legally as they withhold my money for 40 days?

                I bought moto g phone from flip kart. This phone has red/green/blue lines running vertically when switched on. Flipkart is not taking it back and askign me to go to service centere.                       I have bought Samsung Galaxy On5 mobile orderID: OD[protected] and productive is defective and I have raised return request on 30th Nov and approved and got confirmation through sms pick up guy will come on Tuesday. But Pick up guy didn't come. Again I have called Flipkart they didn't responding . Again I have called back this time I got an answer Network is down they can't help. Next day I have called, now they said their next level team will call back to me tomorrow. I have waited full day but I didn't get any call and no response. Next day I have called back to them they are saying that they need to verify it again through internet after 15 days i got this reply. Simply flipkart people time pass with me without resolving my problem. I have all proof and emails and sms, phone conversations. Please resolve my issue asap otherwise i'm going to raise a complaint in consumer court.
                      Almost 20 days over no one replied to my request, My request to all users be aware about Flipkart return policy, they are cheating us.

                        Tried calling customer on [protected], no response, hence arrange for follow up. Note: Payment has states that customer is not eligible for 5% cash back as he has placed an order by using Net banking mode. It will be applicable for Debit / credit card.
                        Already this this is discussed from the day one at time placing of order all you CSR are agree that there no terms and condition written while placing the order and why you are calling to[protected], you should call on that number which is mentioned in the flipkart account details all this thing is discussed so many times at the time of conservation. Always your CSR is that concerned department is looking into that but you people are taking such a long time.

                            I am complaining about the product Lenovo vibe p1 m. where I got the defective product. I got the product on I believe 7 Dec 2015 but it has defect so call flip kart to replace it bur he denied then I insisted so he took the request for replacement. He promised that you will receive the order on 10th Dec but I did not receive it. My number was updated but the phone require Nono SIM so I cut my SIM. I was unable to use my SIM because phone is replaced yet. I am new in banglore and I dont have phone to use. Flip kart made me in trouble. I cant tell you how am I frustrated. I keep calling customer care representative but no one is listening. Every body saying the same thing that I understand your concern but no one is helping. my order shipped by Ekart Logistics so I have been calling them since yesterday but they customer care number is busy. I am unable to focus on my work and I have sent couple of email but I am getting the same response. I talked to couple of Floor manager of flip kart but no one is helping.                                   Order no.OD[protected] I ordered the steve madden bag worth rs2000 after discount. The bag is torn after mere 10 days o[censored]se. Itz leather has got torn from various places forming ugly patches. The bag doesnt seem to be genuine. It iz most probably a fake product of steve madden. I m highly disappointed with the quality and wish ti return it. But i hav lost the tags, bill and the package of bag.

                                  Spoke to customer, she informed that within 2 weeks leather bag has got torn from various places. Informed customer to share bank details. Customer was busy she will sent out a mail by EOD.

                                    Hi, My Order number is OD[protected], which got delivered to me 2 months before. Problems with the product are: 1. Its a QUeen size bed, which is really poor quality. Even the carpentor came to assmeble it requested me to pay him INR 3000 more so that the bed will last longer than 6 months. 2. Carpentor was so confident that the bed will break in pieces in very short time. 3. I have raised a refund request within 6-7 days from delivery and have done so many follow-ups; however my request is not resolved so far. No one called me back to resolve or listen to my pain points. 4. The size of the qQeen size bed is not a standard size. It is not even the size size mentioned in the flipkart link. 5. The bed is lying in 1 of my bedroom, which I can not use. And my family has to sleep in the Hall, which is really very annoying. If immediate actions are not taken to my request I will file a case in consumer court against it. So far I have written many email and had made so many calls.                                     Request FlipKart team to please call me from the customer care and send me an email (from flipkart email id) with mobile number on my account first. Because I am getting calls from people when I put my number, where some idiots are asking me for my card details to return the amount.

                                    Spoke to customer, informed that issue escalated to stack holders and we will update you within 24 hours. Customer agreed.
                                    So far I have not received any call from any stakeholder. Issue still persists and open.
                                    My request is not resolved yet. I have made 4-5 calls since the day I updated my issue here. In every call, Flipkart promises that I will be getting a call within 24 hrs where the issue will be resolved; however no one called yet.

                                        Dear All, I humble request you to ask that, don't purchase any product from flipkart websit. They are always cheating to customer, Why this information i want to share, i am facing problem since 1 months. please see the below mail and take your own decission. Regards, G.Karthik I Purchased Motorola mobile from flipkart website, After got this mobile within 40 days mobile has problem. I have given Authorized Motorola service center date on[protected]. They checked mobile and finally said this mobile mother board has gone it will take 10 days time priority for repair. I said ok and taken serivice receipt and came back. After 15 days[protected] i called this service center, Who said with in a two days will ready. Then finally today[protected] again they said spare not came we unable to attend service, If they will not do service please replace new one, did not response properly.                                         Tried calling customer not able to reach his contact number on [protected]. The case has been already escalated to concern brand Motorola. Moreover, we will get in touch with brand and update the same to customer within 24 hours.
