Hi,
I had ordered a TV from flipkart, order no :OD[protected] As soon as the order is placed on 06th Nov there was an option to select the
Scheduling delivery date & timings. I had selected the same to 12th
Nov as it was festival time and I would not be in the location until 11th.
I have started getting calls again n again on 07th Nov about the delivery
and installation, I had calmly informed them that I had rescheduled it for 12th Nov as promised by flipkart app. Even, they had agreed to deliver it on 12th Nov as promised during booking.
Now, again to my surprise on 11th suddenly the order is returned/ cancelled without even consulting me. Flipkart customer service is soo helpless with this matter, they are not surprised and not even bothered to give me any solution.
Initially, I was told that the order was cancelled by me, upon questioning repeatedly, it was agreed by Customer care that the logistics team had cancelled the order on its own. The logistics team was supposed to deliver the product on 12th Nov and they have cancelled it a day before .. !
I have raised a complaint ( Complaint ID :[protected], still have not received any resolution) to give me back the product at the same price as the problem is from Flipkart and not my side. Really disappointed by the way how our precious time is being wasted. Worst experience ever...!
Hoping that Flipkart will give me the offer price again to book the product
again at least. If not, its high time to convey this message to my buddies
who do online shopping in Flipkart about the service.
Also, please NOTE that I have lost few other good offers in other websites because of this booking done in Flipkart, so it really matters when a booking is cancelled during festival times when offers are all over e-commerce websites.
Calling it THE END for Flipkart shopping, if the issue is not resolved in 24 hrs.
