[Resolved] Flipkart.com — I am complaining about a product replacement | |||||
Hi, I requested flipkart to replace my order of Bajaj Panther 3 blade ceiling fan as the fan had several issues, I requested the return on 10th Oct, 15 till today i didn't receive the replacement, several time i called up flipkart team and even spoke with supervisors and managers available on the floor, every time i spoke with them they end up telling a complaint has been lodged and escalated to the higher team, finally on 6th of Nov, they informed me that the product has been delivered to a different address, apologized for the inconvenience, its 18th of Nov i got a call from Flipkart about the complaint, informed me they still need time to fix this, apologized for the inconvenience, i have complained and spoke with managers, still nothing worked, managers guaranteed me things would be sorted out within 24 hours, still waiting.. registered mobile:-[protected] registered email id:[protected]@gmail.com Mobile:-[protected](official) Thanks & Regards, Abir Samanta Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Nov 20, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried calling customer on " [protected] " but no response. Wanted to inform customer to share the bank account details based on which we can arrange the pickup and process refund. Mail sent to customer about the same.
