Flipkart.com — Prepaid payment methods are not working

I was paying for an order in July and I tried paytm wallet to pay for my order as it had an offer. But paytm was faling due to their app's technical issue with paytm. So i tried multiple times and from my lap, mobile browser and app etc but none of them worked. After many tries maybe flipkarts security system thought this is some kind of bot and thereafter whichever prepaid method of payment I tried gives me an identical message that "Transaction declined due to risk checks". It is nothing but faulty risk detection system.. One tries a failing paytm method many times thereafter doesnt allow any method. what BS. This happened in the first place because their app had a problem with paytm wallet linking. Because it is not even connecting to paytm interface. And now I am suffering bcos of apps technical problem.. Only cod is working for me now. And calling customer care at flipkart is to be frank useless. Totally useless.. They tell us the technical team will work on this and solve. Once I got a solved message even and they asked me to reinstall the app. But nothing happened. Now after around two months nothing got resolved. My issue was shown as resolution pending in flipkart app for many weeks and suddenly one day it is shown as resolved but problem was never solved. What is the purpose of customer care if they cant do a thing properly. They are just like us who dont know much about flipkart. It is better to keep few guys who know well than to keep too many people who know nothing about solving an issue. Anyway I would like the experts at flipkart to solve my issue.
