I ordered Samsung galaxy tab s6 lite 2022 on 17th August and the expected shipping date by Flipkart was 18th August. Its already 22th and since last 4 days, status of my order is 'item waiting to be picked up by courier partner'. I have called to customer care executive many time and everyone is telling different story. No executive has the reason why my order is not being shipped. One executive was saying if you order get cancelled, then buy it during big billion days. Seriously???? Its a prepaid order and I want my product now that's why I have ordered it.       what do i do with smaller size vest

      you take a payment in seconds and take weeks before responding

            I ordered a product name Gate 2023 previous solved papers but received different product. So i requested for replacement with a proper reason. My replacement request was approved by flipkart. But the delivery boy who came to my address today (21st August 2022) to replace the product didn't replace it stating the reason that he was supposed to replace the same product not the different product. I even said to him that my replacement request for different product is approved by flipkart, but delivery boy kept insisting me to complain flipkart, instead of investigating whether my claim is right or wrong. With no further investigation the delivery boy went back without delivering the replacement product.
            So regarding this issue I called customer support of flipkart to solve this problem that i am facing. After confirming my problem to them I was made asure that my replacement request was valid and it was a mistake from their side. After few hours I was got a mail regarding my issue which contained incident number IN[protected]. So if it is possible to know the status of the given incident number it would be a very kind help for me.

              Kindly refer to the above;
              I have sold back my phone to Flipkart on their Sell-Back policy on 12.08.2022. They have took the phone on 12.08.2022 but till now they have not send me the sellback amount which is of 3150.

              The company sends a box with just a card but no voucher to be redeemed.

              Upon complaining them they claims that backend team will contact me but till now no resolution is provided.

              I have complained them several times but there has been no resolution from the company's side. Their helpline are not cooperating with me and delaying the matter day after day so i had to complain it here finally.

              Looking forward for a resolution as soon as possible and a compensation for my time loss .

                I have created flipkart account seven years back with a mobile number, few months ago i lost my sim card and baught new sim and created another flipkart account from my new number and mail id.

                The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number and also i tried changing mail id but its showing already in use.

                So Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account or just merge both my account.
                I just want to use my old flipkart account.

                  The above order item delivered not the same item we ordered. We paid ₹1, 999/- for Kitchen Rack but we received only very cheap plastic tray which costing hardly ₹150/-. Plz, find out whose hands are involved in this cheating. Thank you.

                      Flipkart had blocked my account, saying that, 'I'm reselling the mobile I have purchased from their site', but I don't resell any product/mobile. It is more than 1 year when my account was blocked. I had talked to their costumer service, they just say, 'we will register a complain regarding this', but till now nothing happened....

                      I have ordered groceries from flipkart on 8th August 2022 and initially the delivery date was showing 13th Aug and it keeps on reschedule every day. When I contact customer care first of all they don't call you back and when they called it got disconnected in between the conversation and had to request again for call and again the same process. I am fed up with this nonsense going on.

                        I have sold my mobile to Flipkart using flipkart sell-back scheme on 12.08.2022. They took my phone on 12.08.2022 but till now they have not transferred the promised amount of Rs 9250/- to my bank account.
                        I received a flipkart sell back thank you card also on the same day.

                        I contacted flipkart customer care.They replied that they have already escalated the issue to the concerned team.They also promised that the issue will be resolved by 20/8/22.When I checked the status of my complaint on 20th, I came to know that my issue is still not resolved and they have extended the resolution date to 22nd August.

                        Flipkart team is delaying the matter day after day so i had to complain it here finally.

                        Looking forward for a resolution as soon as possible and a compensation for my time loss and harassment.

                          I have purchased an cave android dap player in flipkart and got an different product waited for 14days first they initiated refund from flipkart it got rejected and gave the replacement the replaced product is an scrap product it's already used lot of scratches and i booked 2gb andb32gb but after replacement I got 2gb and 16gb with no warrenty seal lot of scratched I have booked for new product and got used product hence Flipkart team is not taking care of this and showing me that problem resolved

                            First of all Flipkart does give option of live chat recently I requested a cal from Flipkart app the call came and he started giving bad words which type of customer support is this who will shop from Flipkart if this type of customer support is there I am never ever shopping again from Flipkart this is second time they have frauded me first time I booked a latest tv they said it was no cost emi I even have screenshot of app that says it is. No cost emi but still the bank charges me of interest every month and tv costed me more than its original price when I asked them they said we can't do anything contact the bank if i am buying from you on emi your executives are also saying that it was no cost emi then why should I contact the bank plz see what's going on in your company this not the way an e-commerce company should work atleast keep you customer support good it was really not good

                              i ordered flipkart perfect homes studio XXXL solid teardrop bean bag with bean filling (tan) from flipkart at the date of 28 july 2022 and i had make advance payment from my credit card and till now its 21 august 2022 my product is not delivered i have tried to contact to flipkart customer care but they did not gave me any resolution or give me any customer care i have tried to file complaint several times but they did not clear my issue and they are exceeding dates please help me to get my money return or deliver my order as soon as possible

                                    It's been more than 2 weeks now since I have raised a complaint for the issue I'm facing. I'm pretty sure now that there is something wrong with the product that they have sent me, either it's refurbished or resealed. Because they are taking too much time to resolve a trivial issue. The serial number of my Apple Pencil 2nd generation doesn't match what has been printed on the invoice. I have sent the photographs of the box which has the serial number. I'm tired of these "we apologise, " "shama chahte hain".
                                    Just do the the work and you won't have to apologise.
                                    I even requested call backs from their back end teams. Still haven't received that.

                                    Basically they replaced the product and told me that when you recieve the new product it will have the right serial number. But the replacement had the same error. The seller is using the Universal product code and not the serial number. The problem has not been resolved :)
