    Hello,

    This is regarding the orders placed during sale of 20th July 2022

    I ordered shoes from Flipkart during the sale period in the month of July
    A total of 7 shoes were as I was getting a great deal on them,
    Out of the 7 shoes ordered, 6 of these were marked as cancelled without any prior information or my consent.
    The reason they we provided was very fishy that I cannot place multiple orders in the sale period and other customers should be allowed to avail these benefits
    I tried to reach out the customer service a multiple times, but they did not have any reason available for the cancellation and some of the agents just went on mute because they did not have any answer to the absurd cancellation of products
    The orders were placed on 20th July 2022
    And all of them were prepaid orders
    I lost great deals on products and no proper reasons were provided
    Please look into the issue

    This is a mental harrasment by Flipkart as the cancelled products were still in stock, just to increase the clicks on website they are placing clickbaits

    And if I'm allowed to place multiple orders during sale period they should highlight these issues and not accept payments.

      Product has been delivered money has been deducted from my bank account. its been more than 45 days.

      I asked flipkart to cancel my order and refund the money, however they said, order will not be cancelled. and they will not refund the money.
      have been calling them since 15 days every time delivery date is rescheduled .

      Order date: 15 july.
      Estimated delivery is 15 Aug,

      and till now product has not been delivered. issue escalated stil no action has been taken or seriously considered.

Now I'm in Nepal and it looks like the current user of my number is still using my email id. I have been receiving emails regarding his order. I would like to remove my email id from his credentials please.

            I have ordered a mobile From Flipkart in 21.08.2022. The customer care executive said that it will deliver in the next day. It has been 5 days it has not be delivered. I have contacted customer care but it says it will deliver soon. But in Flipkart it show its not shipped yet. I am having big problem . We have necessary to have a mobile phone. I have ordered phone before and I faced the same problem. It has been a month I am facing a problem.

                I Have purchased a Paragon PU7763G Mens brown sandle 2 Aug 2022 but it has been damaged in daily office use only now the flipkart support team is saying it cannot be returned as this has increased return days.

                I had complained on [protected]@flipkart.com also but no response so i have to complaint to this forum and want to see the receipt attached below and ask flipkart to return this product or replace this product as soon as possible.

                      I have ordered 03 items, Ref. No.-

                      In between this time period I have contacted with Flipkart Customer Service at least 8-10 times regarding delivery for my order and they said that your parcel will be delivered in 02-03 days all times. I was telling them every time that please confirm you will able to proceed the order or not?? If they said that you could not found the item then I was trying any other platform for purchase my books, but every time they were ensured me that you will get in 02 day, 02 days.

                      Today I have found the mail/sms that your order has been cancelled. How can you/seller do this?
                      What is this, my time is not a part of your company boss and not for waiting for this type of things.

                      Note that I am claiming Rs. 10, 000/- as a penalty for a quick compensation for my valuable time and for your wrong information providing system.

                      I suggest to flipkart team also that you will take action on seller also but my compensation amount will be paid by you and there is no scope for any compromise otherwise I will be forced for take legal action against Filipkart.

                        Now i am unable to pay my outstanding amount which i have spended through flipkart pay later option.

                        Later they will add the late payment charges on that.

                          I have ordered a Motorola G60 mobile on 09.08.22 with the exchange mobile Samsung M20.
                          But during delivery of new mobile on 14.08.22, The exchange mobile had screen crack problem and IME number can't visible so the exchange was rejected by the delivery executive.

                          CASH for the exchange mobile price of Rs.3400was paid.

                          The invoice which i got with mobile having exchange mobile price mentioned also the new invoice which was downloaded from flipkart app also having exchange mobile price details.

                          I need a invoice with the amount mentioning paid by card while placing order and cash paid during mobile delivery Rs.3400 alone as well.

                          The exchange mobile details has to be removed from the invoice, since the exchange was rejected and not done.

                          Contacted customer care for more than 11 days still the issue was not resolved.

                          Kindly do the needful.

                            Flipkart sells Dining Table from Alliewood (Santosha Decor), online description calls for pure sheesham wood dining table, I ordered the same, after delivery I observed below issues:
                            1. Table is found broken from one corner
                            2 chairs are not stable
                            3. Found cardboard is used to fix cushion for chairs, if not wood then at least ply have to be used under cushion
                            4. I found material is not sheesham Wood, instead plywood is used and sheeshamwood wallpaper is used to hide it.
                            later on got call from manufacturer and he accepted its is not sheesham wood,
                            Flipkart knows this already and still promoting it on their website with fake positive reviews, during this I tried to contact Flipkart multiple times over chat support, they never responded with clear answer,
                            knowing this is fake product I do not want to keep it, so please return this and refund my money

                                I have ordered a Narzo 50 mobile phone on flipkart. It has been 15days. I have paid for my order on 10th Aug 2022and reached also at 18th august .but delivery boy denied for exchange my old mobile and without confirmation he cancelled my ordered.                                       I have ordered an realme Pad X 6g ram 128gb rom with wi-fi & 5g tablet but the product I have received is of 4gb ram 64gb rom specifications. The product I have received is of wrong specifications.

                                      I have contacted customer care multiple times for return request, provided all necessary proofs regarding the delivered product and still there is no proper resolution. They are ending our calls saying technical glitch and closing the tickets as resolved.

                                      I would like to get the refund for the ordered product as I have received wrong one

                                        I had ordered Seagate Ultra Touch 2 TB External Hard Disk Drive (HDD) on 9th of August 2022. The delivery date was 16th of August, then it was changed to 19th of August. But the product wasn't delivered. Then it was showing that the product will be delivered in next three days but the product hasn't been delivered yet. When I tried to contact coustomer care they said your issue will be resolved by or 23rd of August. When it was not resolved on the said that i tried to contact again then they said your issue will be resolved by or before 25th of August. But now they are saying we will look into your issue. This time they don't even give a date.
                                        Is this the costumer support of Flipkart?
                                        Flipkart has shipped my product through Ekart Logistics, but there is no Ekart Logistics Courier facility available in my area. Now i don't know why did they ship through Ekart even when they know there is no Ekart courier facility available at our pincode. They could have easily shipped it through Ecom Express as we have ecom courier facility in our area.
                                        Also the customer support of Flipkart was very bad, when i tried to get the adress and contact details of Ekart hub where the product is, they totally refused to give that.
                                        Then i managed to get the adress of the Ekart hub from google which is around 100 from my place and went there to pick up the product myself, they didn't allow me inside and refused to give the product and behaved very rudely.
                                        Now I in a middle of nowhere and don't know what to do

                                        The order has now been cancelled without my concern. And now the price of the product has also been increased.
                                        I tried to call customer support again but they refused to give any compensation.
