I had ordered a Nivia Tennis shoe on 31 July, which they took 12 days to deliver at my place. More over I started using that product after 3 -4 days, and with in sometime its sole broke down from all over. When I raised the complaint They refused to change as well refund the money back. For 15 odd days they kept on asking me same questions and there so called protocol answers just to harass me so that I would leave the complaint, but instead i kept on the discussion with them and tried to clear the issue. But today[protected] a Manager ( So called her self) called me up and directly refused to change nor refund my money, without realizing that the complaint is genuine. They are expecting me to keep shoe in new packed form, as the way it was delivered, but I claimed that unless ill use it how will I'll make out the quality and moreover it is then only when the actual quality of the shoe is displayed. But they simply rejected the clause and refused the refund.
I take it as a sheer case of cheating and fraud with the clients by selling damaged product as well misleading the consumer with unrealistic clause. Was this information helpful? |
