Flipkart.com — unable to change email in flipkart account lost access to registered email

Complaint Details:

I have been unable to update my email address in my Flipkart account for over 4 years. The email currently registered with my account is no longer accessible to me. When I attempt to update it, Flipkart requires OTP verification from both the old email and my registered mobile number. Since I no longer have access to the old email, I cannot complete the OTP process.

I’ve tried reaching out through the Flipkart Help Centre, but it only connects me to chatbots that do not understand my issue and do not route me to a human representative. This has been a persistent problem, and I urgently need assistance from a real customer support agent to resolve it.

Please help me update my email address or provide an alternative verification method.
