Dear Flipkart Customer Support,
I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the blocking of my Flipkart account on 26/09/2022. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue through your customer care, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. Each time I contacted customer support, I was informed that the backend team would reach out to me within 48 hours. However, it has been almost two years, and I have yet to receive any communication from the backend team.
The reason provided for blocking my account was the cancellation of recent orders. However, I only canceled 2 or 3 small items that had not yet been shipped. As a loyal and valuable customer, including being a Flipkart Plus member, I find this action extremely unfair and unjustified.
Currently, I am forced to use a family member’s account, which is also a Plus premium account. However, there are personal items that I need to order for my safety and respect, which I cannot do comfortably using someone else’s account.
I kindly request you to unblock my account as soon as possible. I am willing to provide any necessary proof to resolve this issue. Without access to my account, I am unable to use Flipkart comfortably and efficiently.
Please take immediate action to restore my account. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
