I've been trying to update my phone number on Flipkart as I lost access to my old phone number. But the website prompts an OTP sent to both, my old phone number and my new one. How am I even supposed to update my number when I don't have access to my old number.
This is clearly an inconvenience and can be fixed easily.
I request Flipkart to either fix the phone number update system, or please help me update my phone number....

I ordered a Philips trimmer from Flipkart (Order ID: OD[protected]. The product was delivered to me on 25Jun 2025. However, the delivery agent refused to hand over the package for inspection and only showed that the product was inside the outer package. After he left, I opened the box and was shocked to find that the product was clearly used — it had hair stuck inside the blades, indicating prior usage. This is completely unhygienic...
