Return pick up for my product was done on 27th feb but the pickup executive did not update the status of the pickup and I haven't received my refund till now. Have contacted flipkart customer support many times, all they do is talk but my issue is still not resolved. I want my refund as soon as possible. Also take action against the pickup executive for his misdeed due to which the customer has to suffer.

    This is MANOJKUMAR Gohil, a Flipkart user and also a member of Flipkart Pay Later.
    The issue is that, the bill generated on the basis of installment is not accepting payment and shows error at last payment gateway and on my first month due bill when I select to pay through any medium which is showing pending of the previous month and because of which that payment link is to be showed as "White Screen" and I'm unable to do any payment.
    For this month it's till 5th March my due date is there and however, after that I'll be charged with the penalty that too unnecessarily upon merchant fault.
    I'm still trying at every moment to make it but everytime it comes error and also showing as "White Screen " and then payment failed...
    I kindly request the concerned team to go through the issue and provide with a resolution ASAP...

      I have created flipkart account with a mobile number and few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

      The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the place my email and the old number. I got the email otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
      Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

        I had placed an order for a book shelf on flipkart which I had to return due to manufacturing defect. I filed a return request the very same day it got delivered I.e. 26th feb, 2023 and the pick up was done on 27th feb, 2023. The pickup executive did not update the status of pick up immediately due to which I contacted customer support the very next day. Since then I have been talking on calls with the customer support every day but my issue is still not resolved. I haven't received my refund and the flipkart customer support is not at all helping in this.

                  I have created flipkart account in 2021 with a mobile number and few months ago I lost my sim card. I am unable to update my new mobile number because I cannot get otp sent on old number. This is making me trouble. Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                    I am writing this complaint to express my disappointment and frustration with the services provided by Flipkart. I had ordered a Poco X3 phone from Flipkart. However, the IMEI number given in the invoice is incorrect, due to which I am unable to get my phone repaired under warranty.

                    I had already complained about the same on Flipkart. I received a mail saying that the issue will be resolved by 3rd March, but unfortunately, the issue has not been resolved yet. All Flipkart is doing is marking the issue as resolved at their end even though doing nothing at all. This cycle has been repeating itself since 27th February, causing me mental stress and irritation.

                    I urge you to take immediate action to resolve my issue and provide me with the correct IMEI number in the invoice. I have been facing this issue for a long time now, and I want it to be resolved today itself. I am a loyal customer of Flipkart, and I expect better services from such a reputed e-commerce platform.

                    Furthermore, I would like to add that if Flipkart is unable to provide me with the correct IMEI number in the invoice, then I request them to deliver me a new phone with the IMEI number mentioned on the invoice. It is highly unfair that I am not able to avail of the warranty services for the phone that I had purchased, due to Flipkart's mistake.

                    As a customer, I have placed my trust in Flipkart and have always relied on their services for my online purchases. However, this recent incident has left me highly disappointed and dissatisfied with their services. I have been facing inconvenience and frustration due to Flipkart's negligence and inaction in resolving my issue.

                      Really Worst Online Shopping Service...Deliverys always late
                      Delivery agents are worse than worst...when they call us to find the address, they go to the wrong address without listening to us. How do they have the right to cancel the delivery ?when the mistake from their side...not at all listening the address instructions correctly...such an ### nd stupid delivery agents...flipkart is providing expected delivery date by taking postal...

                      I had placed an order for iphone 14 on Flipkart website on 2nd March. The payment was made through Paytm UPI. While the money got debited from my account, the order didnt got placed. Have no update on my refund even after calling Flipkart CC multiple times.

                          My flipkart account has been put on hold Selling fake product .
                          (Listing ID(s): LSTCDME9TY9EV3CJXMQ8MGCJT).
                          But we sell original products and also purchase from authorized distributors of the company G R Traders. That means it is very clear that i am selling only genuine product on flipkart.I have submitted original invoice for the product Invoice from authorized distributor G R Trades.And we also asked to verify physically.I sending the my purchase invoice from authorized distibutor.I was already submitted invoice so many times but my account not reactive.
                          But even after this my account is not opened.We lost a lot, all our stock was also stuck.
                          please solve our problem.

                                  I got an offer regarding a credit card from flipcart which is flipcart axis credit card.
                                  After first successfull transaction I should get 1000 rupees gift vouchers 500 from axis bank and 500 from flipcart.But the issue is i got the 500 rupees voucher from axis bank but the voucher from flipcart is still pending for more than 30 days that's why i escalate this issue to them but every time they harassing me with wrong information.plese help me to escalate this issue.
