Unable to update my contact info

I've been trying to update my phone number on Flipkart as I lost access to my old phone number. But the website prompts an OTP sent to both, my old phone number and my new one. How am I even supposed to update my number when I don't have access to my old number.
This is clearly an inconvenience and can be fixed easily.
I request Flipkart to either fix the phone number update system, or please help me update my phone number....

repeated delivery delays

I was supposed to receive my mobile on 28th June, but the delivery was delayed. It was then marked as "out for delivery" on 30th June, yet it failed to arrive. Since then, there has been no update, as of 2nd July.

I ordered a laptop on 21st June, initially It showed expected delivery date as 22nd June which then got extended to 25th june due to some "unforeseen circumstances" but still there was no update.
