[Resolved]  Flipkart — combo of loreal paris repairing cream bath and purifying concentrate

I have ordered 3 quantity of the above said item pricing rs. 523 each on 14 may 18 and 15 may 18 respectively with order id's as follows :- od[protected], od[protected], od[protected]. All the three items were not as described in the flipkart site. They had sent me smoothing cream bath instead of repairing cream bath in all the three packings and also they have filled all the purifying concentrate bottles (8ml) with normal water. When i asked the flipkart personnel for help they simply turned down with a silly reason "it's a non returnable item". Flipkart is cheating the customers and gaining profits in this manner. Because of this kind of change over they even selling their company to wall mart (Personal view)

Customer complain was she got a fake product in which the concentrate pack was having filled with water, so we provided return, but when wish master went to collect the order customer said she used the product due to which return got cancelled, customer also agreed for the same, so closing the complain from our end.

During flash sale item is booked in cart, but it was not procured due to problem in payment. During payment time, item was out of stock within 1 minute. Customer should get sufficient time to pay. The item was redmi note 5 Pro, 6GB RAM, 64 GB Memory, Gold.
