I have placed an order from Shopsy (Flipkart another Service)
this all happened in the march 2025
i have ordered a Night Pants & T-Shirts of combo packs and want to buy minimum quantity of 2 to place an order and i have paid the amount by online mode and i got individual order status at the time delivery it shows single OTP for multiple orders i thought all are in one package and also to delivery person about the order he told please check according to the label quantity and also 1 OTP for 1 Package so i have taken and waited for remaning orders but to my surprise after courier partner left all orders are delivered so i contacted the customer care and asked about it they had given me a choice whether to return, or refund i had choosed the refund option so they have intiate the refund in the Wallet with my permission after they have blocked my account after two days
for proofs also they in the account only with out any notice or information they have bliocked my account Was this information helpful? |
