Duplicate product recieved.It is not a Himalaya face wash it is just a duplicate bottle of Himalaya filled with some laundry detergent or a cheap handwash.It smells awful we can't use it has a handwash also. I tried to take some product and used it as a handwash my hand became very ichy full rashes and dry .The packaging was damaged and product was spilled all over the cover.The colour of the product is very dark.I raised this issue to customer...

    I have ordered 10 shirt and 10 paint ( kids wear) from flipkart.. but they gives only 10 pants in both cart i raised return request but courier partner cancelled hence return request made through customer call also customer representative canceled return request ...After customer care call they say we will help you after some days they avoid to help...

      I have ordered the Nothing phone (1) on Flipkart on 21st July, 2022 [Order ID - OD[protected]] and the estimated delivery date provided was 29th July, 2022. However, it got delayed and the delivery date got extended to 5th August 2022. But, It wasn't even delivered on 5th August as well despite being shipped to the final delivery station on 2nd August itself. I have raised multiple complaints to the Flipkart Support Team and even calling them multiple times daily but no resolution provided by them. Kindly help me get this resolved.

        Since 3 years iam using flipkart paylater

        i never miss my EMI Due, But once i check my cibil report shown 4 delayed payment and 451 overdue amount, so iam raise a complaint about this issue to flipkart team, still not give response from this side, now iam facing same problem still shown, now turn 5 delayed payment and 451 overdue amount, so could not take any personal loan now, please resolve my issue...

          Flipkart — I'm complaining about my Xiaomi 11i device

          I ordered Xiaomi 11i 6/128GB on 23rd July 2022. After some days I recieved my product in 30th July 2022 and second day I found that Display is defective of this phone so I immediately return request applied on Flipkart.           I ordered laptop of 16GB RAM but they delivered me laptop with 8 GB RAM. I tried to raise complaint but received no response from last 7-8 days. I tried searching for seller but the seller mentioned on invoice & seller mentioned on app are totally different. The seller mentioned on app is fraud as shown by Google & the seller mentioned on invoice is the seller of liquid. So it's a clear fraud did by the team of Flipkart & Ekart....

          On 6th os August, I've placed an order of Grocery from flipkart app. It was supposed to be delivered by 7th of aug before 1:30pm. But unfortunately, order has not been delivered to me yet.
          Even rider has marked my order as delivered. He is not picking up my phone either. Every time I called him, he is disconnecting the phone deliberately.

          Flipkart customer care support was also dumb, they want Me to wait over for another...

            Ordered pixel 6a on 23rd July 22 and Order id is [OD[protected]].Expected delivery date was on 30th july 22. The product had been shipped on 28th July 22. This was the last update on delivery. Product had not been delivered on the said timeline. So I raised concern from "need help" option in "my oder" section more than 6 times.             I have created flipkart account few years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

            The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
            Then I created another flipkart account with my new number and another new mail id.
            Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number with my old email id to my flipkart account.

            That's not possible ma'am. i Suggest to get a new number and try to update the new number onto your old number. For this you need to submit your I'd proof and they will update from their end

                Hi Team
