My old phone number is being used by some other person "Raju" whom i don't know and never ever shared my mobile number as well. Flipkart customer care is unable to reach and this person is using my account for almost quite long time now. I have placed an order for Crompton Air Cooler 100L. On the day of delivery, when it is switched on, the water pump didn't start. After confirming that it is not working, i raised the retrun request. As part of return approval, a technician visit is scheduled on the next day of delivery. However, every day it got postponed and that technician visit didn't happen. Return pick up for my product was done on 27th feb but the pickup executive did not update the status of the pickup and I haven't received my refund till now. Have contacted flipkart customer support many times, all they do is talk but my issue is still not resolved. I want my refund as soon as possible. Also take action against the pickup executive for his misdeed due to which the customer has to suffer....
