21 st December2024 i am purchase a Inverter with battery from Flipkart, and 28 december2024 i receive that product, and i install the inverter 31 December 2024, but when i install that that time i am seen the material is damage, the battery inside acid water come out from some invisible hole, after i complain Flipkart for this matter but they are take my replacement order bur after two days its automictically cancel, and that is happen 4 time, so my kind request pls take necessary action and solve my problem my mobile no [protected]

    I ordered a Cadbury Silk Hazelnut (pack of 3) from Flipkart, costing ₹511. However, I received only 1 piece. The outer and inner packets were broken and tampered with. It seems the courier agent or someone involved in the delivery process took and consumed the missing pieces. This is unacceptable, and I request an immediate replacement or refund. Please investigate this matter and ensure such incidents don’t occur in the future.

      Dear Consumer Helpline,

      I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding an order I placed on 7th January 2025 with Flipkart. My order was incorrectly delivered to me on 9th January 2025 as it was someone else's order having my address slip on it, . As a result, I had to go through the hassle of canceling the order done by delivery guy at my doorstep and placing a new one on 9th January 2025, which will take 9 to 10 days to get delivered.

      To make matters worse, the reorder I placed has not yet been shipped, and it is showing expected delivery date 18th January 2025.
      I have contacted Flipkart’s customer service multiple times, but they have been unhelpful and stated that nothing could be done about my situation. They did not provide any assistance or information on how my order was exchanged.

      Due to this inconvenience, I have faced significant delays and frustration. I request that my order be expedited and delivered to me as soon as possible. Additionally, I seek compensation for the time and trouble I have gone through due to Flipkart’s error.

      I hope that my complaint will be taken seriously, and that appropriate action will be taken to resolve this matter promptly.

        Hi,

        I ordered from Flipkart Pigeon 1800 W Induction Cooktop Push Button (Black, Favourite)
        Order NO: OD[protected] Order Date:[protected]
        Invoice Number # FAMZSR[protected] Invoice Date:[protected]
        The order was Open Box Delivery so when delivered we checked for Physical damage.
        But when we switched on the system it worked for half an hour and stopped working. We waited some time and tried switching on the system but it didn't work. The next day we raised a Complaint about not working and asked to take back the system and refund the amount, but Flipkart rejected the request saying it is Open Box Delivery. The company was not responsible. We spoke to Flipkart Customer care person he said to raise a complaint with Pigean Company and if they don't respond revert to us. Gave details fo Pigean Customer Care No[protected],[protected]. and Whatsup No.[protected]

        In Open Box Delivery we cannot check the working of the system so the claim can't be rejected outright. When the system is not working immediately within the first hour of working then the system has a serious problem which we can't accept after making payment.

        I called the Pigean on the Number provided both numbers are not working. I sent Whatsup message for which I had no response. Then I sent an Email to [protected]@stovekraft.com. So far company has not responded to the email. So finally when no response could get from the company Pigean I went back to Flipkart and they have not responded.
        Now Flipkart again rejected my claim and they have not responded to my complaint.
        I argument is that Pigean supplied a defective product without proper QC and they delivered the product as Open Box Delivery like a vegetable and they want us to accept it as it is after making payment. They don't register our complaint means they are well aware of the problems and misguiding giving non-working numbers and we have to accept that.
        I request Flipkart/Pigeon to take back the device(Junk Device) and refund the amount.
        We don't want to keep such a substandard product.

            I have ordered 3 statue of Lord Ganesh ji (krishnagallery1 brand name). Parcel had delivered me on 28th Dec-25 but inside it instead of 3 statue of Lord Ganesh ji, I found only one statue of ''Sai baba''.

            I raised the complaint for all 3 products:

            3.Return ID[protected]----Refund is not initiated yet.

            I raised again complaint on 2nd Jan-25 (Incident: IN[protected]). Instead of resolving the issue, my account was blocked.

            I have provided all the pics of product as requested by customer care while on call, but issue is not resolved

              Technician Mr Shubhas came to my residence on 16th January 25 and checked the tv and he submitted the report from there and today when i called Thomson toll free number, Thomson people are saying that the report has not been submitted .i want a replacement of my tv ASAP and do not want any repairs, i have paid for new tv.

              3 to 4 hours i lost every day to get connected with Thomson as well as Flipkart team tollfree number. Very very and dirty support from both team to the customer customers.

              I ordered Thomson 42inch TV in Flipkart. Openbox delivery went well and the product got delivered on 26th Dec24. When the installation person came after switching ON the TV he had identified the display issue like green lines upper side and patches. Now installation and demo was cancelled. As per policy brand will visit the site and arrange for replacement or refund. more than month I am trying phone call and emails but no response from Thomson brand.

              Flipkart and Thomsen both have promised that issue will resolve by 1 st or 2 nd Feb 25 but till now no update,

              When I call flipkart they keep telling brand will attend to the issue but till now not attended. What I can now. really tired in calling brand and flipkart support.

              Flipkart delivered faulty tv on December 28th 24, when the technician came for installation, he found that the tv display is half visible with blue and green light.
              he didn't install tv and went away saying that company will inspect, and replacement will get done.
              after many calls and mails on 16th January Thomson technician (Mr. Shubha's his team leader mob no-[protected]) came, he did the inspection, and he also found out that the tv has display problem, so he said i will submit repot to Flipkart and you will get replacement in 7 working days. after this i got mail from Flipkart that your issue will be resolved by 30th Feb, then when the problem was not solved on 30th, i connected with them and again they gave new date 7th feb but nothing happen again.
              Thomson team (mob no-[protected]) is forcing me to get the tv repaired when i denying and said i have paid for new TV then why should i use repaired tv after that this person had stopped responding me even not replying on WhatsApp too.

              After that Thomson has stop responding me and not giving me job sheet either denying letter.

                    I had the worst experience as a buyer and consumer.
                    I bought this phone from Flipkart which specifically had IP68 rating, however, within 5 days of delivery, after I used the phone during rain in Delhi( I was rest assured that this won't cause any damage) but it did. First, my fingerprint sensor stopped working, then, I contacted flipkart which said you can visit service centre for 7 days replacement and they will assist. But, when I reached there, they said it's liquid damag and we won't cover you(job sheet attached).

                    The phone was in working condition when I gave them except for the fingerprint issue. But, now it's not even charging. It's my hard earned money and both of your assurance that led me to purchase this expensive product. How come lab tested things are not reliable? If you claim these as a feature, then why it has failed. I am seeking an honest replacement of the phone as a valued consumer otherwise I would have to knock the doors of consumer court.

                      Ordered Nova room heater and got on 19th December 2024 but when opened and found that wired plug is very big which can't fit to any socket in houese so raise return request and upload images also. Got rejected with comments complain not matching with images upload. Tried 2 more times but getting same rejection. It costs 1100 rs and with no use but Flipkart is not accepting return. I feel cheated and make sure even if I am Flipkart plus member will not buy anything from there now and will inform my contacts also for this cheat. I need my money back. Please help.

                        I had booked SURYAVIVA 3B Photon Bk Toughened 3 Cast Iron (Manual, Black) Glass Manual Gas Stove (3 Burners) and made online payment of Rs. 1532/-, the same was received on[protected]. it was received and was waiting for cylinder and other accessories. on[protected], when i opened the box, i was shocked to see that the burner was damaged and the quality was also not what i expected. hence, immediately i placed return request. the same under progress till[protected]. today i received a message stating that my return request is rejected. i don't know the reason for rejection. i called the customer care and placed request for return once again along with the photos. i have been informed to wait till[protected]. but after that i received a message stating to upload photos once again. i dont know why the flipkart is expecting from me.
                        i request to resolve the issue and get my amoount of Rs. 1532/- along with mental agony charges.

                            I was trying to book round trip flight from Bengauru - Pune - Bengaluru but flight haven't book and from my bank account amount got deducted. I have tried to contact multiple times Flipkart customer care, and it keeps ringing and if connected they kept us on hold then call gets disconnected.

                            I got message that amount will be refunded withing 5-7 days but still I haven't received refund.

                              Hi Team,

                              I have ordered a powerbank and the cost is 2012 including Charges. This was ordered by last thursday and the time for delivery provisioned as 13th Dec 2024 before 11PM. The order ID is OD[protected].
                              It came to out for delivery on the same date by afternoon and I called the agent since I willing to collect from him or on the hub since I have to start from my office. And the delivery agent picked up the call and not responded properly, also I called him again and again to inform him that I will collect where he was that time. But he not responded my concern over this. I have a apologies mail everyday while end of the date only after my waiting time.
                              And I have waited more than 4 days till 11PM daily and I not received the material yet. I frustrated with this order and I'm paying only for the order comes quickly, that's why I'm paying my money.
                              FInally, no proper intimation by the logistics team and they keep me waiting everyday. Please help me to get a compensation since they kept me waited.

                              It's a logistics team's mistake and delivery partner's mistake. Not a delivery person's mistake, they not assigned to other agents after day 1.

                                I am writing this after experiencing some really bad service from Flipkart team. Recently I purchased a Godrej refrigerator (ORDER ID:OD[protected] for my elder sister which was intended to be a gift on their Marriage anniversary, the order was placed from my Number [protected] in West Bengal. Now post placing the order it was delivered bang on time on 01/12/2024 and the product was received and OTP was shared as per the policy. Now on the same day an installation representative from Godrej visited their house for installation. He then found that the door was faulty and was malfunctioning due to alignment issues. Now when I requested for a replacement it was denied stating policy terms- “ open box policy”. Now post some chat and call Flipkart scheduled a visit of a technician with promise to resolve the issue once inspection gets done and if what I said is true then the replacement will be done. However post inspection it was again rejected. Now from time to time we are contacting Flipkart and they are repeating the same things. Now my point here is, there was some dents which was overlooked by us, which we commit, but regarding the alignment issue, how could we find that before installation? The doors were cello taped during the delivery and it is of obvious reasons that we should not tamper that prior to installation, otherwise the Warranty will become void and that is the main reason installation was scheduled by Flipkart by some authorised personnel from Godrej, otherwise we could have easily installed that with some local technicians which is definitely not recommended by Flipkart. In short we followed the norms and suffered. Is this what a consumer expect? Now after all of these I sent a mail to the Grievance cell of Flipkart on 10/12/2024 from whom I received a mail with incident No. IN[protected] with a message that I shall receive a reply within 48 hours but till now I have not received any response. We are mentally shattered due to this harassment and also we don’t have so much ample time as we are working professionals and have our own commitments. service is something not acceptable by a consumer from a service provider.

                                  Despite the item reaching the nearest hub on December 10, 2024, which is only 10 km from my location, it has not been delivered as of today, December 12, 2024. The expected delivery date is still listed as December 18, 2024. I find it difficult to understand the reasoning behind such delays and why the item remains at the hub for so long. This experience raises concerns about the efficiency and accuracy of the tracking system. Moving forward, I may consider choosing platforms like Amazon, which consistently provide faster and more reliable delivery services.

                                    This is to bring to your notice that I had ordered blue dungree with large size and I received XL size and quality was also bad so I decided to return the product and refund my money as I had paid online..They scheduled the pick up on 10th dec 2024 but I received message from ekart courier service on 9th that they couldn't pick up so it would picked in 24 or 48hours but 2 days later also there was no pick up or intimation nor the customer care helped me after pick up they said that they would refund in 4 working days but they are purposely not picking up the product
