Hi,

I have placed an order for Crompton Air Cooler 100L. On the day of delivery, when it is switched on, the water pump didn't start. After confirming that it is not working, i raised the retrun request. As part of return approval, a technician visit is scheduled on the next day of delivery. However, every day it got postponed and that technician visit didn't happen. It's been rescheduled 4 times already.

Return pick up for my product was done on 27th feb but the pickup executive did not update the status of the pickup and I haven't received my refund till now. Have contacted flipkart customer support many times, all they do is talk but my issue is still not resolved. I want my refund as soon as possible. Also take action against the pickup executive for his misdeed due to which the customer has to suffer....

I have cancelled a flight booked through Flipkart. From the airlines, they have refunded full amount but since I have booked through Flipkart, they have deducted cancellation charges of Rs 400 and the convenience charge of Rs 299. They will show you reasonable price as the exchange value for your old item and then you will proceed with the order believing you only need to pay the remaining amount. Once the delivery executive come for pickup of the old item, they will try to find minor issues like scratches and bring the exchange value so low and ask us to pay the remaining amount. I am trying to return curtains I received in 26 Jan 2023, and the return date is 2nd Feb 2023. However, I am not able to return the product as it shows some error "oops, some error occurred" even though the product is returnable. I have tried contacting the customer care but they are also not able to resolve the issue.

Someone is using my gmail ID as their, flipkart ID, i am getting all the updates of his purchases. i even got his phone number, and name because it looks like he raised a complaint about one of his purchases and flipkart tried to call his phone to resolve the issue, when flipkart couldn't get to him over the phone, flipkart email (to my email Id) saying Mr. Mathew, we tried to call you on +[protected] but got no answer.

Instead of sending 2 kg of dal they sent only 500 g. I have called their customer care four times and raised return requests five times. Instead of providing the correct product, again and again the seller says that I have not provided clear images of the product. It has been almost two weeks now.
