Flipkart — Complaint Against Delivery Agent for Unprofessional Behavior and Failure to Deliver

Due to the false delivery assurance given by the delivery agent, I travelled nearly 100 km in rainy weather and suffered unnecessary inconvenience, loss of time, and additional travel expenses. Considering the circumstances and the unprofessional conduct of the delivery agent, I request Flipkart to provide appropriate compensation. If possible, I request a substantial discount on the product price or any other suitable resolution as a gesture of goodwill. I hope my complaint will be addressed fairly and promptly.
