I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the behavior of one of your delivery agents. On[protected], I had scheduled a delivery of my phone with the agent, who was supposed to deliver it to my residence.
However, when I visited my home specifically to receive the delivery, the agent refused to hand over the phone. Instead, he asked me to reset the phone myself and hand it over to him whenever he was in the vicinity. This is unacceptable, as I had taken time off from my job to receive the delivery, and the agent's behavior was not only unprofessional but also a waste of my time.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and ensure that my phone is delivered to me at the earliest. Please confirm whether the delivery will be made or not.
