I received a defective product from Flipkart (blacked and unusable pages). I reported the issue on 18 June 2025 and have not received any response for over 48 hours. I have also filed a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) but Flipkart support remains unresponsive.

I demand an immediate refund. If no action is taken, I will take legal steps and report this to consumer...

I have ordered Grocery from Flipkart minutes delivery and the amount was deducted from my SBI Account, but order was not placed. The customer care agent asked me to contact bank for receiving the amount even when it was clearly seen in the UPI transaction that payment was successful. Also, when contacted bank they have given confirmation on successful payment transaction to Flipkart Internet Pvt Ltd and provided the account no and IFSC code...

I had ordered from flipkart grocery on 2nd June. It was supposed to be delivered by 4th June. But today is 14th of June and the order hasn't even been shipped yet. My order ID OD[protected] is not delivered yet. its available in near by hub, but the hub manager is not delivering it. without delivering they are giving wrong input in system that delivery is unsuccessful since last 4 days.
They are in the habit of doing this. last time also they did the same. either resolve my problem or will cancel the order and move to other service provider like amazon....

Order was supposed to be delivered on 10th April and still not delivered on mentioned date and not any update from Ekart Logistics and it has been 2 days went and still not delivered.

Customer Care Assistant does not help me too much.
