I ordered a fan from Flipkart (Order ID: OD[protected] which was delivered on 18th May 2025 in damaged condition. I raised a return request the same day with attached photo evidence.

However, Flipkart has rejected my return multiple times and asked me to contact the brand's service center, even though the product was damaged on delivery.

    मैं, Anish Kumar Shukla, Flipkart का एक नियमित ग्राहक हूँ। मैंने 20 मई 2025 को ऑर्डर किया था जिसका ऑर्डर आईडी OD[protected] है। Flipkart के पोर्टल पर यह दर्शाया जा रहा है कि मेरा ऑर्डर 23 मई 2025 को 12:10PM पर सफलतापूर्वक डिलीवर हो चुका है, जबकि मुझे कोई प्रोडक्ट प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है।
    मेरा बिलिंग और शिपिंग एड्रेस सही है:

    मैंने पहले ही आपके कस्टमर सपोर्ट से संपर्क किया है, लेकिन मुझे कोई संतोषजनक उत्तर प्राप्त नहीं हुआ। कृपया मेरी शिकायत को प्राथमिकता दें और निम्नलिखित में से किसी एक समाधान की व्यवस्था करें:
    1. ऑर्डर की सही स्थिति की पुष्टि करें और मुझे डिलीवरी का प्रूफ दें।
    2. यदि ऑर्डर वास्तव में डिलीवर नहीं हुआ है, तो तुरंत इसे फिर से डिलीवर करें या मुझे रिफंड प्रदान करें।

      Already Paid FlipKart PayLater Due still shown Unpaid in my CIBIL

      I had a flipkart Pay Later credit for a consumer good and I paid all my dues. The app says I have cleared all my dues but the CIBIL and IDFC Bank are still showing an amount of Rs.4997/- to be pending on a product that was returned and Flipkart said that the amount would be credited back to the Lender (Credit Card) and the account has been closed.         Flipkart product not delivered emi charged no support from customer care

        I ordered a Perfect Homes dining table from Flipkart (OD[protected] on 8th May 2025. The expected delivery date was 10th May, but the product has still not been delivered. It is now 19th May, and I have contacted Flipkart's customer support multiple times with no resolution.

          I am Giri, I ordered mangoes 2 boxes & sweet lime 2 kilograms and paid Rs 303/- cash on delivery. The fruits were delivered within 10 minutes. But both the quality & quantity was poor. Small mangoes and very small sweet lime were delivered. In the picture they show big size and of good quality. It is nothing but cheating customers. They have return policy if customers are not satisfied with the products. When I wanted to return the products. Their customer care executives called me one after the other and said we cannot accept refund. I am thoroughly disappointed with this company policy and I have wasted nearly 2 hours of my time. On each call they made me wait. Can some action be taken against these people for causing so much inconvenience for me and my family.

            I am complaining about my order delivery

            My order ID OD[protected] is not delivered yet. its available in near by hub, but the hub manager is not delivering it. without delivering they are giving wrong input in system that delivery is unsuccessful since last 4 days.
            They are in the habit of doing this. last time also they did the same. either resolve my problem or will cancel the order and move to other service provider like amazon....
