Regarding my unresolved Marq refrigerator issue that has been pending for over 3 months. Despite more than 30+ emails and 80+ calls, there has been no proper resolution.

I was supposed to receive my mobile on 28th June, but the delivery was delayed. It was then marked as "out for delivery" on 30th June, yet it failed to arrive. Since then, there has been no update, as of 2nd July.

I ordered a laptop on 21st June, initially It showed expected delivery date as 22nd June which then got extended to 25th june due to some "unforeseen circumstances" but still there was no update. I tried to contact customer service 5-6 times but all I got was repeated lame excuses "We are trying their best to provide your delivery within 24-48 hours" but still no proper response. I book a motorola g45 phone by flipkart at date 18/06/25 and he promised delivery 23/06/25 but till date order not delivered I complaint again and again but flipkart customer service tell me your adress and pin code not matched but I see in google he show that address pin code same as I show in delivery address. I ordered a Philips trimmer from Flipkart (Order ID: OD[protected]. The product was delivered to me on 25Jun 2025. However, the delivery agent refused to hand over the package for inspection and only showed that the product was inside the outer package. After he left, I opened the box and was shocked to find that the product was clearly used — it had hair stuck inside the blades, indicating prior usage. This is completely unhygienic...
