I registered a complaint about the product not working properly with your customer care on March 19, 2025. Despite it being over 21 days, no action has been taken to resolve this issue—no technician visit, no replacement, and no refund.
This lack of response is highly disappointing and inconvenient, especially since the product is under warranty. I have tried contacting customer care multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved.
I request immediate action: either a replacement of the faulty unit or a full refund. Please treat this matter with urgency and respond within 48 hours, failing which I will be forced to escalate this to the Consumer Forum.

I have purchased Thomson Top load Washing machine from Flipkart. Order ID OD[protected] Order Date 09/06/2024. Washing Machine has not drain water and not working properly.
