[Resolved]  Flipkart — complaint against delivery boy

Today 26 july 2017 while we (I &my dad) eagerly waited for our product (Lenovo vive k5 note. Price 10000) and it was our first tym to got online purchase on mobile phones. And delivery boy came and gave to my dad and he had (Dad) opened the box while i m in staircase with 10000 money to give him. Suddenly the boy behaves very rude to my dad for opened the seal. Delivery boy shouted vry much in front f our house and dad told him tat its our product tats why we opened it! Wats th prblm?? But flipkart ur delivery boy behaviour s vry rude to us. We r common peoples tat doesn't means anybody came and rush to behave rude to us. I[censored] do something then will b greatful but i m doubtful tat even flipkart do anything according to my complaint?? So i decided tat i never buy any products from flipkart.. (Od[protected]

Today my product was arrived and one of the delivery boy call me and directly saying that he would not take responsibility for my order and he would not take any future delivery for me and says if you want thn came and pickup ur order i want to know where is my order i want it .. i m a regular customer of Flipkart .. and always they (delivery man ) behave like king another issue is if iwas out of from my areas then they said they if you not pickup your order today i will going to cancel what is this Flipkart if you will not give some time to take thou order who was not able to pickup that days thn why you exist you should not be on any commercial business i mean look for other companies they give time to take our order .. ..your courier service is Ekart state Assam District darrang town - Mangaldai pin -784125 ..order is Flipkart SmartBuy 2A F... with tracking ID FMPC[protected] from flipkart EKART Service Partner .. please take action against it
I got my order today costing Rs 261...wherin I gave the deliver boy Rs. 500..due to some complications I couldn't check the money at that time. But later when I checked he returned to me only Rs. 220.He should have actually returned Rs 239 back to me. What should I do about dis matter?

Today a delivery boy came to my house gate with the parcel we ordered on Flikart. He standing there at the gate asked me to come to the road side to collect the parcel. Being me an old man, I sent my grand child 9 years old to the gate. The delivery boy started his bike and moved some 50 metres more on the road. Poor my child has to run after him to collect it. Without getting any signatures he left. So, advice your delivery wing to be more polite, humble and decent. Ask them to keep away from ego or inferiority problems. I am ordered one mobile in flipcart but I dont received any mobile but I got a message from its already delivered how can i get this message really iam unsatisfied with flipcart
I would like to know if flipkart has made a new rule during this time for covid-19, wherein we have to go outside of our homes( to a considerable distance) and then collect our parcel because this is what a delivery agent told me today when he called me on the road and I asked him to come to my home, with clear directions about the location. He did come to my house after that but started fighting with me and told me that aince we were in the middle of the pandemic, I should go to the road and collect my parcel, instead of him coming to my house and keeping it outside my gate. He also started fighting with me and told me that I should order from Amazon from the next time and "zada behes mat karo ab, OTP batao". I told him that it was his job to deliver the parcel to my place and he was very rude and told me that people were asking him to not come to their place and I told him that it was my personal decision that I am okay with him coming to my place and dropping the parcel outside my gate. He then started fighting with me and asked me fir a photocopy of my adhar card for the company, which I denied. What can I do in this case?
GUYS PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ THIS : Tdy October 21st 2020 we had been eagerly waiting for our order (Realme narzo 20) . we add given it in a exchange option.. And the phone was of rupees 11, 499 which is of 4 GB ram and 128 GB storage.. our phone which we put to exchange was Honor 10 lite which costed exactly the same of realme narzo 20.. (i.e rupees 11, 499). which we bought 2 years back.. it was serviced and was in new a new phone's condition even with the gorilla glass on it. my mom was the one who came up with the idea of exchanging honor 10 lite phone for realme narzo 20... we put it in the exchange for realme and they reduced rupees 6000.. we were so much happy and excited.. then our phone costed 5, 599.. Which was very affordable.. ( Before we placed the order they asked us if the phone which we are exchanging worked and we agreed to it with a yes because it was 100% clean and looked fresh.. And then they asked nothing about the phone. we were like they just asked this thts all, nothing else..) This was during this big billion days offer.. And wen the delivery boy came up with the product he checked our phone we removed the sim, updated and reseted it and then handed over to him. He was so annoying that he argued saying there was scratch on it so it would cost more and I would report it.. I was like seriously??.. (Because like I told it was fully conditioned) then he was litteraly searching for damage to report so that he would get extra rupees 3000. I told him, you can switch it on its all good.. Then he did and it was very much fine and was working, again he blamed about the tiny scratch which they didn't ask when we put it in the exchange offer thing.(all must know that this product in exchange is a second hand when it is in his hands from us, so tiny scratch is absolutely fine after one person's use ) All of you people reading this must know that this was a complete cheating either by the flipkart management or the delivery boy.. He reported and then asked for extra 3000 rupees.. It is our hard earned money we all spend it looking for profit when flipkart and other companies organizes offers like big billion days.. And they did this in return.. we all were really offended and we told him we are cancelling the oder for now and he returned our phone.. ( Everyone who is reading this please note that we didn't lose our money only because it was cash on delivery.. so be careful with your online transactions, especially when it is your first online purchase ). My orders got cancelled again and again without informing me but I think it's not problem with Flipkart bcz I have ordered many products but didn't faced this kind problem, the only problem with delivery boy.

Why flipkart kept this type of delivery boy.

No items in order 31 but delivery agent given 24 and 6items missed in order while I am checking agent left my home without giving Invoice copy. Immediately I contacted customer support team and rised return request with missing item but seller rejecting, till 8times I rises request through flipkart team but still my request is rejected, Flipkart support team not working effectively to resolve my problem, coat of the 6items above 1000/- Kindle file a complaint against delivery agent and seller

Everytime I ordered something from Flipkart, the delivery boy refused for home delivery. I have to go 5-6 km for my parcel.

On 19 september, 2021, I ordered for a mobile cover on flipkart and today 26 september, 2021 it was day for delivery but when we called delivery boy he refused to deliver it today and also he was not talking very nicely . He was saying that he would deliver order in next two three days and if i needed it today then i have to borrow on my own from city. I have talked to costumer care of flipkart and they are saying that it will take time upto 29 september, 2021 to resolve the problem. A person is not available everytime to take order and if date of delivery is already fixed then why it is not being delivered on time. [protected] is number of that delivery boy, please take strict action against this person because he dont deserve to work on this platform and also deliver my order as soon as possible.
I ordered the following products, but my order is not delivered in home from delivery boy. He had not any phone call to me and not send any OTP. But I have shown in my ordered the product is delivered. So how it is possible. My money is deducted in my bank account but my product is not given to me from delivery boy. I think flipkart company policy is not good so far. The delivery boy done fraud with me. So my money is given back to my bank account. The delivery product images is given with this complaint. So my request flipkart company taking quick action against delivery boy.
