My name is Srinivas, and I work as a marketing manager. I reside at H no 19-112, opp M M court, Huzurabad, Karimnagar. On November 2, 2021, I purchased "APPLE Airpods Pro with Wireless Charging Case Active noise cancellation enabled Bluetooth Headset (White, True Wireless)" from flipkart.com on name of Bharathi Ecom Solution (it's my business form name). I paid Rs 17, 499 using my SBI credit card. I received this airpods pro on November 13th, 2021, I opened the box and checked the product after some time I found some scratches on apple airpods case and it is used one then I checked the product serial number in apple website, its showing product registered on September 7th, 2021 & warranty expires on September 7th, 2022. I started using these airpods and discovered various technical concerns, such as the airpods not charging at times and the left airpods not functioning correctly. Then, on November 15th, 2021, I filed a complaint with Flipkart about this. After 20 minutes, I received a call from Flipkart, who listened to my concerns and then stopped the line. I raised the compliment again, and the same thing happened. After several calls and follow-ups, they accept my request and assign one technical person to check the facts. On the 2nd of December 2021, a Flipkart technical representative came to my house and verified that I had received a used product.
Flipkart approved the product replacement on December 2nd, 2021. After a few days, on December 5th, 2021, I returned the product and received another set of Apple AirPods Pro. I saw that the box seal on the flipkart box was extremely loose, so I disregarded it. I opened the box and checked the airpods, I was shocked and came to know that the airpods pro were a duplicate copy. Because all of the functions aren't operating correctly, I verified the serial number with Apple Company and it was showing that warranty and service is expired, however the serial numbers on the box and the airpods case are different. I received fake airpods.
On the 5th Dec 2021, I made the complaint about the fake aripods once again. Flipkart representatives did not react and refused my request. Flipkart customer service says this is not their duty and that you should contact Apple. We are unable to assist you. I am unable to return the item. On 6th Dec'21, 2pm, I received an email from Flipkart that the seller has rejected the return and close the issue. My money and confidence in Flipkart have been broken. I lost my whole money of Rs 17499. I don't trust Flipkart, and I want refund. !
Note: On Flipkart website, seller name showing TrueComRetail, But On invoice it's showing Sane Retails Private Limited, They are cheating the people by selling this fake airpods to the people.
In second invoice flipkart people mention product serial number, I Have check with that serial number in apple site. I found that this product warranty expired. How flipkart selling these type of prosucts.
I am mentally suffering from NOV 13th 2021. Please investigate the facts and make a decision. I'm here on search for justice and i want full refund. I have attached all documents & I have un-boxing video also.
