I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Flipkart regarding an order I placed that has not been delivered as per the stipulated time frame.

Delivery Date as per Flipkart Commitment: 13th August 2024
Despite waiting for 4 days beyond the expected delivery date, I have not received my order. I have checked the order status on the Flipkart website/app, but there has been no update or communication regarding the delay.
I've contacted Flipkart Customer Support through their help center and via email.
I've checked my account for any updates, but there’s been no notification regarding my delivery.
I kindly request that you take necessary action against the delay and assist me in receiving my order promptly. Additionally, I would appreciate compensation for any inconvenience caused due to this delay.
