I ordered a realme 8 Pro (Infinite Black, 128 GB) on 29 may 2021(OD[protected] through flipkart. When i was tracking it, i found that it showed the status out of delivery area (Pincode-address mismatch). They have delivered many times in the past to the same address and my pincode and address does not mismatch. Why they are doing so. If cannot deliver they should have told me when placing the order.

I have flipkart account using since last 7 years. I lost my mobile phone and wanted to update new one.

The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. The reference no. For my refund is 17203011048106524347395, and the amount is 1262/-, as per the company they have refunded my amount but no such amount has been credited in my bank account as per my bank statement.

I orders Apple Airpods pro from Flipkart order id OD[protected] on 20th Jan'21. After receiving the product on 21st Jan, I instantly came to know that the product is fake. I also went to 2 apple stores just to confirm my claim(the executive at the store also confirmed the same).
The following was the observation about the product:
