We bought this TV on 15th June, and Flipkart promised free installation within 48 hours. Also, both the product page and service clauses mentioned there is both Wall Mount as well as Table Mount as per Customer request. However, Service Engineer came and informed us that there is no Table mount available. We even contacted Samsung, gave the details of the product and they confirmed that Table mount is available. We stay in a rented apartment where the wall is not allowed to be messed with. It has been more than 72 hours, and there is no help from Flipkart. The Service Engineer asked us to raise a complaint on Flipkart, but I don't see an option anywhere for such an issue. The real catch is that Extended Warranty doesn't apply if Installation is done by third party. So basically we are stuck with an expensive product, which we can't install by ourselves nor Flipkart will help. Also, since this is an open box delivery, return is also tricky.

Reiterating that both product specification as well as Service clauses mentions both Wall Mount/Table Mount is available as per Customer request. Here is an excerpt from the Service clause:

1. Covered under Standard Installation
1. We'll facilitate the installation and demo through authorized service engineer at your convenience
2. The installation will be done within 48 hours of delivery of the TV.
3. The service engineer will install your new TV, either on wall mount or on table top.
4. The engineer will also help you understand your new TV's features.
5.The process generally covers:-
a. Wall-mounted or table-top installation, as requested
b. Physical check of all ports, including power and USB ports
c. Accessories also checked and Demonstration of features and settings.
d. Quick run-through on how to operate the TV.

    I have forclosed all my 4 EMI on[protected] near 12:30 pm. But 3 EMI are not closed but flipkart is showing 3 EMI pending. I have called flipkart customer care about 10 times but everytime I am getting same response that the issue will be solved in 3 days from past 1 month. Its my hard earned money. Please help me to resolve the query.

      Dear Sir,

      I am writing this letter to formally notify you about the defective product that was delivered to me and to seek immediate redressal. The details of the order are as follows:

      Order ID: OD[protected]

      Product: Acer One14 Backlit Intel Core i5 11th Gen 1155G7 (16 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 11 Home) Z8-415 Thin and Light Laptop

      Purchase Date: 15 April 2024
      Amount Paid: ₹33, 060.00

      Issue Summary:

      Defective Product:

      Upon receiving the laptop, the laptop auto starts and shuts down within 10 to 20 minutes, and sometimes it doesn't start for an hour, I noticed it had multiple defects, making it unusable for my professional needs. These defects are likely due to manufacturing errors.

      2. Lack of Response from Flipkart Customer Care:

      I have contacted your customer care multiple times over the past 50 days, and each time, I was advised to wait. As of today, no resolution has been provided.

      3. Response from Acer Customer Care:

      When I reached out to Acer customer care, they informed me that no complaint had been raised by Flipkart regarding my laptop. They suggested that the laptop had manufacturing defects and that it needed to be opened to attempt any repairs. However, since this is a new laptop, I refuse to accept a refurbished unit and expect a replacement or a full refund.

      4. Mental Distress:

      The prolonged delay and lack of resolution have caused me significant mental distress. The constant follow-ups and the defective laptop have disrupted my daily work and personal life.

      Relief Sought:

      Given the circumstances, I am requesting the following within the next 7 days from the date of this letter:

      Full Refund: Refund the total amount of ₹33, 060.00 paid for the laptop.

      2. Compensation for Mental Distress: An additional compensation for the mental agony and inconvenience caused by this issue. amounting to ₹10, 000.00.

      3. Resolution Commitment: A clear commitment towards the resolution of this matter to avoid escalation.

      Legal Notice:

      If the above-mentioned issues are not addressed to my satisfaction within the next 7 days, I will be left with no choice but. to seek legal remedy through the consumer court for deficiency in service and selling a defective product. This may include claims for compensation for the mental distress caused, along with the full refund of the product's cost.

      I hope this matter can be resolved amicably and promptly. Please treat this letter as a formal legal notice.

            I have created flipkart account few years back with a mobile number few months ago I lost my mobile phone and the number.

            The main problem is when I tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as I lost the number and I dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
            I do have my email registered to that account too if that helps the email is ([protected]@gmail.com)
            Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account or atleast remove the old number

              I am writing to complain about the incorrect delivery and subsequent poor handling of my return request for the Aashirvaad shudh chakki Atta order.

              Order Details:

              Product Ordered: Aashirvaad Atta (10kg)
              Product Delivered: Aashirvaad Atta (5kg)

              Upon receiving the incorrect product, I immediately requested a return and replacement. However, my issue was not addressed promptly and was delayed for an entire day. When I contacted your customer support executive to escalate the matter, I was surprised to see that my issue was falsely marked as resolved without any actual resolution.

              This experience has been highly frustrating and has caused considerable inconvenience. I request that you promptly address this issue by ensuring that I receive the correct product (10kg Aashirvaad Atta) or a full refund on return.

                  We purchased a Aqua Fresh
                  Smoke audi 18 ro. After getting we saw whole package was wet due to rain. After installing it is leaking. We called customer care. No one picking the call. We sent request for return. But Flipkart put technician visit. From many days no one came and not fixing our issue.

                  Product is defective. No-one helping. Bad customer care service. Rude behaviour. Our whole money went waste.

                  We tried many times on mobile number +[protected]. Customer care behaviour is too much rude.

                  Flipkart selling this company defective items and after that no support. They are making fool to us.

                  They have closed return without resolution and no return. Both fake product company and Flipkart customer care service is third class and useless. They have looted my 3999
                  Flipkart has given platform to sell defective product and make provision that no-one will able to return the product. My 3999₹ has been shared between Flipkart and defective product company. Big fraud is going on. I became victim of this fraud.

                    I have ordered seventeen grocery items my order id is od[protected] which was supposed to deliver by 05 jun 2024. Till date ie. On 11 jun 2024 i have not received any order from flipkart. I have complaint twice with customer care and three or four times on flipkart chat support system but neither i received my order nor i have the option to cancel the order and get refund my amount. Kindly resolve this issue immediately and cancel my order and refund my amount instantly.

                        I have ordered a mobile phone yesterday (6.9.24). They promised same day delivery. But they have not delivered it yet. Customer service asking me to wait for 4 more days. I can still see that they are promising same day delivery for the same product from the same seller which I have ordered yesterday for my pin code. If so, what's the point in asking me to wait till June 13. why they can't deliver my order by today. They trying to fool us by making fake promises. I need it delivered by today. Otherwise, I need compensation for my inconvenience.

                          I ordered this v-guard chimney on 2nd of May. I got it on 8th of May and I got a damaged product and I requested for replacement. Today 8th of June, still they didn't pick up my damaged product. I called thousand time to Flipkart and everytime they said I'm replacing the order and everytime they cancelled the replacement by giving useless excuses. Both v guard and Flipkart both are giving excuses and not replacing the product. Technical already visited to my address and they said the product is damaged and replacement needed but everytime Flipkart cancelling the replacement. Flipkart scammed me. Now, I want a new product or return my money. One month over still no solution. This is the way Flipkart harassing us.

                                I have purchased product from flipkart on 5th may 2024 order number OD[protected].
                                I have received a damaged product and requestd for return which was accepted on 16th May 2024 and the estimated time of pick up was 27th May 2024.

                                from the 27th to till date flipkart CC team has been playing with me and daily one thing is telling me that wait for another 24 hour to 48 hours even thoug today they told me to wait for another 24 hour to 48 hours.
                                " we understand your concern don't worry sir our back-end team is working
                                on this and they will get back to you, i am suggesting you please wait another 24 to 48 hours."

                                  I have purchased couple of Sofa (2 seater and 3 seater).
                                  the quality shown online was completely different from what we received and it had damages as well. I did take 3 year service for both too.

                                  The very next day I raised a request for return, as the site didnt allow me to do a refund (first my bank was not in the list and then site didnt accept any other option) so I atleast booked it for replacement, thinking I can get support team to change to refund. When the flipkart team came to check and we explained about the poor quality and showed them the damage, they agreed to get it refunded, However since then nothing has moved its been more than three weeks and they cancelled my request and no refunds. Then I tried to raise the refund request again it message its out of policy.

                                  Now I am not even able to write to them, as the website doesnt allow and emails message says email not in use anymore.
                                  This is very disappointing.
                                  I originally opted for Flipkart instead of Amazon to support India based firms. And this is the outcome of promoting Indian company. Really sad.

                                  I want the money back please.

                                    I have purchased an Almira from flipkart with order number: OD[protected] of the price 18817, which was delivered on 30st May and installation date were 2nd June 2024.

                                    However, date changed from 2 to 3rd June 2024 and assigned a technician with Name Sarik Khan and number[protected].

                                    Then I called to customer care to confirm whether 3rd june installation will complete or not ?
                                    After getting confirmation from them I took a leave and wait for complete day for technician, but he did not come and not provide any update while calling him multiple times.

                                    Then at night he called and asked for money for installation (since installation is free) and when I denied that threaten me on call and disconnected the call.

                                    from that day I am trying to connect with customer care, but no one is helping.

                                    I want company will take serious action on Sarik Khan and take him out from the company with a return apology me on my email id.

                                    Gettig threaten call from technician (Sarik Khan - part of jeevas a flipkart company) to close my complain.
                                    According to the below screen installation should done on 3rd but since technician need bribe it’s not done.

                                      I ordered a lloyd 1.5 tone inverter ac from flipkart and when it was delivered they said not to open the box they said our technician will visit to install your ac only he can open the box... Then next day when lloyd technician visited to install the ac at my home he unboxed the ac infornt of me... Then we find that the indoor unit of ac is old &used and also it was not of lloyd brand it was other brand the technical said to file the return as recived different product recived he also complaint form his side to return or replace the ac unit... But when we registered the complaints in flipkart customer care they refused to refund or return or replacement.. And they are rejecting my request again and again (4 time they reject my return) for refund or replace... And they are not doing any solution of my problem... The unit image which we get (Old & used & other brand) and invoice copy is attached below... Thank you i requested you to help me in solving my problem as soon as possible

                                        I recently placed an order which is of very poor quality and completely different.I put it for catharsis but the seller refused I put it on return again and it got canceled on its own. I first filed my return on 19th and till now I have filed my return 4-5 times.But till now no response has come and they are just canceling.It's slowly been a month since this issue but my issue has not been resolved yet. Flipkart sellers themselves fool the customers by cheating and then do not take any responsibility. I need my refund asap
