To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding the order with Flipkart,
Order ID: OD[protected]. As a loyal Plus Premium member, I am deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service I have received.

On [5 April 2024], I placed an order with an expected delivery date of 8th April. However, to my dismay, the delivery date was rescheduled without my consent to the following day, and eventually, the order was outright canceled due to the item allegedly going out of stock. This abrupt cancellation, after a delay in delivery, has caused considerable inconvenience and frustration.

This is not the first time such an incident has occurred. It is worth noting that a similar situation happened previously, despite my Plus Premium membership status, which promises expedited service and other privileges.

While I appreciate the prompt refund provided by Flipkart, I must emphasize that a refund alone does not adequately compensate for the inconvenience, frustration, and wasted time caused by these recurring issues. As a Plus Premium member, I expect a higher level of service and reliability from Flipkart, which unfortunately has not been upheld.

Therefore, I am formally requesting the following actions:

Compensation for the inconvenience caused by the delay and subsequent cancellation of my order, taking into account my Plus Premium membership status.

A formal investigation into the repeated occurrence of such incidents, which reflects systemic issues within Flipkart's logistics and inventory management processes.
Transparent communication regarding the steps taken to prevent similar incidents in the future, along with an assurance of improved service quality.
I want to reiterate that while I value Flipkart as a service provider, the persistent failure to fulfill orders in a timely and reliable manner is unacceptable, especially for loyal customers like myself.

I urge Flipkart to take this matter seriously and prioritize customer satisfaction, particularly for Plus Premium members who have invested in the program with the expectation of superior service.

I eagerly await a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this issue.

    I have purchased MILTON Kool Trendy 400 370 ml Bottle from Flipkart, but the bottle was too small so i make return to flipkart back but flipkart executive took the packed and did not submit to the Flipkart or so-called seller. That is not my mistake but they denied to refund. This is like robbery from flipkart.
    i have purchase lots of goods from Flipkart and its so-called seller/delivery thief's.

      I have placed a prepaid order on 3rd April( OD[protected], as per the instruction it is suppose to be delivered By 5th April, from 6th April onwards I am following up everyday not even getting any updates on delivery dates, only hearing that there was an issue with delivery, I just wanted to make sure is you can't deliver in time you should not hold the amount, its someone money you are holing for an uncertain time frame, team also should proper updates on delivery etc its very painful to follow everyday, please upgrade your customer fulfillment and deliver .

        The worst company I have ever dealt with is Flipkart. I will advise everyone to quit buying at Flipkart since they don't care about their customers—all they want is their money. My air conditioner arrived on April 5 and was told that it would be installed on April 6. They gave me the number of the installation engineer and when I called him, he said he would be there in an hour. I took a half-day leave from work and waited for him to arrive, but he never did. After that, a Flipkart customer service representative assured me that a team would install the AC the following day, on April 7, but when I phoned the engineer, he mistreated me and failed to show up for the installation. After that, they rescheduled my installation for April 8 and assured me that it would be the last day on which we would install your air conditioning system. However, despite my repeated calls to customer service representatives, senior executives, and members of the back office staff, none of them responded. I should also mention Aarti Kumari and his senior executive, Sumanth, from the backend team, who treated this matter as though it didn't matter because they had the money immediately. Flipkart is the worst corporation ever.

          On[protected], I purchased Crompton ACGC MarvelNeo Air Cooler LC1P1WL127924 from Flipkart. Unfortunately, upon receiving and attempting to use the appliance, I discovered that it is defective. The pump is defective. Instead of throwing water on the back mesh it throws water on the face.
          I have requested a Return on Flipkart. But they have arbitrarily cancelled my request saying that they gave an intact product. Please help me with the same. The product is in unusable condition . At least help with the replacement if not refund.
          I am also attaching the image of the broken part i.e. the water outlet.

            I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Flipkart. I recently purchased a laptop from your platform, and upon receiving the product, I noticed that the serial number written on the bill did not match the serial number on the laptop's box. This discrepancy raised concerns about the authenticity of the product I received.

            In light of this issue, I promptly raised a complaint with Flipkart for a replacement of the laptop. However, to my shock and dismay, instead of addressing my concerns and providing a resolution, Flipkart has taken the drastic step of blocking my account. As a result, I am now unable to access my account and initiate the replacement process for the wrong product that I have received.

            This unjust action by Flipkart has left me in a state of frustration and inconvenience. I urge Flipkart to unblock my account immediately and take swift action to rectify the situation by providing me with a genuine replacement for the laptop I purchased. Failure to do so will force me to explore other avenues to seek redress for this unacceptable treatment.

            I trust that Flipkart will prioritize customer satisfaction and take the necessary steps to resolve this matter promptly. I look forward to a swift and satisfactory resolution to this issue.

              My self Ganesh babu from chennai tamil nadu. i have an issue from flip kart co. they blocked my flipkart account without notification, i am having wallet money in flipkart app.
              i tried to buy LG 1.5 ton 3 star split ac through flip kart app as on 20.3.2024. via sbi credit card. actual ac amount was 32, 650/- . i tried to credit the amount through my sbi credit card using flipkart app. suddenly 34, 656 rupees also credited on behalf of Ms. Paytm Bangalore user id, via flip kart app.
              after few minutes, my sbi card wallet withdraw LG AC original Rs.32, 650 and fake id amount 34, 656. so was socked and within few minutes i informed to sbi credit card recovery cell and also dispute note from sbi credit card app.
              Ac delivered 24.3.2024 and after three days no indication from flipkart to installation from their side to my location.
              again i try to speak flipkart customer care as on 27.3.2024. meantime i made a police compliant about flipkart payment dispute issue.
              29.3.2024 i tried to contact flipkart customer care to install my LG AC. same day i got sms notification and one engineer came and installed my AC in my home. but from 20.3.2024 on wards my flipkart login id blocked by flipkart team.
              i tried to speak many time to flipkart customer care for rectify my issue. till date no response from their side. kind do some needful help to reactivate my flipkart account for further...

                      I do not have my old mobile number with which flifkart account is made. So unable to use gift card voucher. I want to update my number on flifkart account. For this I tried to reach out to customer care but of no avail.

                        Hi, I am ordered a SanDisk 128 GM Micro SD XC Class 10 Red from Flipkart on 01.03.2024. Product received on 07.03.2024 & found faulty conditions & it was not working. Then based on the damaged packaging, it was replaced on 13.03.2024, but unfortunately it as found faulty again & completely not working. Then I contacted with the Flipkart customer services in several times & they in every time they just replied that " Please wait 4 to 5 day's & Seller with contact with me & issue will be resolved automatically " But till date my issue not yet resolved & today I contact again & asking that how to resolve this issue & today they have stated the same statement also...
                        Then today I contact Sandisk (Western Didital Global Customer Care) for asking the warranty support & after provided my supporting documents & images, the have Clearly told that the product is completely non authentic product & not covers any warranty & they provided an email confirmation regarding this (Which was attached here with) & they assure that they will forwarded this information to their brand protection department for taking the appropriate action against the seller & this matter also mentioned in this email also...

                        So, please take proper action & wait for valuable feedback from your end...

                            I had ordered for Moto G 34 5G smartphone from Flipkart with open box delivery, but at the time of delivery, the delivery agent refused to provide open box delivery and said that open box delivery is not available in Village areas, so I provided the OTP and he marked the product as delivered, and after opening the product, it was found out that the product which was delivered was completely different. That is poco C 51, which is very cheap as compared to the original product. I don’t know this is a fraud on behalf of Flipkart. The seller or the delivery agent, but I need either replacement or refund and Flipkart is not providing refund or replacement. I have the original video unboxing as well, please help me

                              I think it is sufficient to describe the differentiate about the product. but i track/requesting from 5 March 2024 (around 25-26 days) to return/replace the above said items but every time it was rejected to say that issue resolved by troubleshooting or return cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed delivery of the order with the product being intact.

                              but I sent all the images (as attached here also) clearly show that this product not matched as per my order/Invoice. but the seller Aarna Ventures Private Limited, Khaliqpur Village, Badli Tehsil: District Jhajjar, Haryana, Gurugram only sent right invoice not right product, than i got replies from call center: sorry sir i know your problem but i am helpless.

                              Sir, now you say how can i accept this lower product with higher model invoice from your reputed organization. This type of services get difficulty right now and in future for availing warranty of product also.

                              Now I once again request you to tack this issue on your priory least and resolve my issue (Return this items) immediately.

                                  customer care excutive are not helping, when i order the product at the time of delivery the courier boy is did not give a chance to check the product in front of as he is arguing with us and leave the we check the phone and trying to on the phone the display is fully white and nothing is visiable the i wll call the customer care but there are also not helping very bad company cheap product want to throw the product in dustbin as my mental health is destroyed after purches the product from flipkart
