Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file a complaint against Flipkart regarding the non-delivery of a prepaid refrigerator order.

I placed the order on 10th October 2025 and made a full payment of ₹16, 500+ at the time of purchase. However, even after 19 days, the product has not been shipped. The shipping date keeps changing repeatedly (earlier shipped date is[protected] without any valid explanation or proper communication from Flipkart.

I have contacted Flipkart customer care multiple times, but no effective response or resolution has been provided. This is causing significant inconvenience and financial distress, as my money has been withheld for a long period without receiving the product.

This constitutes deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act. I request the Consumer Forum to kindly investigate the matter and direct Flipkart to either:
1. Deliver the refrigerator immediately, or
2. Refund the full amount with appropriate compensation for the delay and inconvenience caused.
